Both the drop off & pick up were brilliant. Staff on hand, polite & courteous. Mileage was taken & any damage noted at drop off. Short walk to departures. Car only travelled 13 miles in total. Superb experience & would definitely use again

Drop off and pick up was very efficient and quick. In both cases there was a member of staff waiting in the valet parking area and we were attended to immediately. The staff were very friendly and polite and took the time to inflect my car for damage and to record the mileage when I left it with them.
The parking charge was very reasonable and competitive

Would definitely use this service again. Living down south - we tend to use Gatwick / Heathrow parking services. This is the first time we’ve flown from Birmingham Airport and the parking service was excellent. Harry gave us a 1 to 1 personal service / very polite and an easy process. Car was even in a cleaner condition than what it was when I parked it up a week prior. Very easy/ excellent customer service/ will use again.

Good price for larger parking space, great communication and service. Straightforward drop-off. I followed their instructions and the car was ready and waiting when we got to the collection point at 1:30am in the morning and had to wait less than a couple of minutes for the guy to appear with our keys as he was just dealing with another customer’s car. If you’re worried about using a service like this, I have a tracker and my vehicle was driven straight to the off-site compound about 6.5 miles away and did not move until it was driven to the same drop-off / collection point a few hours before our aeroplane was due to land. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to book online, good communication with the company regarding drop off and pick up on the return to airport. Car was ready when we got back to the pick up piont overall good professional service. This was my first time using this company so a big thumbs up.

Drop the car off walk to the airport , arrived back at the airport , phone when I’ve got my luggage walk to the car park and my Car was there , first class service , and the lady who met us was very helpful thank you.

Fantastic from start to finish. We landed in a storm and rang as soon as we landed. Was told to wait inside until car was ready which was done swiftly meaning we waited hardly anytime! Would use again and highly recommend

Absolute jokers

Booked through a comparison site, gave all details of of my vehicle required including reg , make and model (crew cab van).
Arrived on time with a small child who was clearly having a meltdown. The operative who met me told me that the vehicle was larger then expected and would cost an extras £90 or they would refund me. I pointed out that i had informed them of the details before the comparison site that they use offered a price.

Its unclear if the guys collecting the vehicle were the owners or staff. One minute they were partners the next they were just collecting and didn't have any control over the issue

Their attitude to the issue was 'not our problem'.

Definitely won't be using these jokers again.
