Platinum Valet - Approved Meet & Greet Operator Arvostelua 

Start to finish of the car parking it was great. I’ve dropped it off. Staff were there to greet us and we came off. The plane rang the number and our car was there waiting for us. 100% will use this company again.

I normally book maple parking who use this same car park and have only good experiences with them. By mistake I booked premium who are a different organisation and gave a poor service. Despite ringing ahead on arrival as instructed we still had to wait at the car park on arrival and ring again before anyone appeared. On return rang again as per instructions as soon as landed but yet again on arriving at car park in the early hours no sign off the car. Wait 10 minutes and ring again and he says oh I've been waiting for you to ring. When he did come he then tried to be chatty and offer their services next time......guess what straight in the bin

Amazing service from platinum valet staff

Speedy service, pickup was just as efficient as my drop off. Will definitely be using Platinum for all future bookings. Top service provided by Harry.

Platinum Valet parking are atrocious. They failed to answer the phone when we were on our way to Birmingham Airport. We made over 40 attempts to contact them & we were met every time by a recorded message. There was no one present when we arrived at valet parking. We were forced to book with another valet parking company at considerable extra cost.
We booked Platinum Valet through FHR comparison site. We informed them what happened and they tried to contact Platinum Valet for 3 weeks without success. FHR refunded the valet parking fee and the difference between the two valet parking fees.
I’ve come to the conclusion the Platinum Valet are a scam and people should stay clear of them.

Strongly advise anyone considering this company to think very carefully before booking.

Our experience with Platinum Valet at Birmingham Airport was completely unacceptable. We followed the instructions provided and started calling around 40 minutes before our arrival. We called repeatedly, roughly every five minutes. Most calls went unanswered; on a couple of occasions, the calls went to voicemail, and we left messages, but we received no response.

We then arrived at the designated meeting point and waited for around 30 minutes, but nobody turned up. With our flight getting closer, we had no choice but to abandon the booking and pay for alternative airport parking at short notice so that we didn’t miss our flight.

Someone from the alternative parking company we ended up using tried to help us by contacting a representative connected with Platinum Valet. They were told the main person was off that day and in London, and that another staff member wasn't due to start until after 9:00am, despite our booking being for 8:30am.

I raised a complaint immediately with both Platinum Valet and the third-party company we booked through. The third party has since refunded us in full, despite neither us nor, as far as we were advised, them receiving a response from Platinum Valet.

The complete lack of service on the day, followed by the apparent lack of response afterwards, says everything about the customer experience we received. I would not use Platinum Valet again.

Used there meet and greet service at Birmingham Airport. Upon arrival I was told I’d need to pay an additional £50 as apparently my vehicle is a commercial vehicle. Upon booking my reg, make and model where all included. Iv used meet and greet before at Birmingham Airport with the same vehicle and never had an issue

Brilliant service

Both the drop off & pick up were brilliant. Staff on hand, polite & courteous. Mileage was taken & any damage noted at drop off. Short walk to departures. Car only travelled 13 miles in total. Superb experience & would definitely use again

Drop off and pick up was very efficient and quick. In both cases there was a member of staff waiting in the valet parking area and we were attended to immediately. The staff were very friendly and polite and took the time to inflect my car for damage and to record the mileage when I left it with them.
The parking charge was very reasonable and competitive
