Platesexpress Arvostelua

I payed extra for same day dispatch express delivery £9.99 on a Sunday. Plates didn't come until Wednesday. They state on their website 92% same or next day delivery. I wasn't refunded and no one reached out to me to talk about any delays or after I received parcel.

The quality of the plates themselves aren't very good. Mine came scratched up. The adhesive pads given to you from them are useless. Might as well throw them in the bin. They fell off my car in a day. I had to go Halford to get some better pads.

I would recommend getting plates elsewhere. Anywhere else will do.

Superb service. Great product and very quick delivery.

Platesexpress made several plates for me. One became damaged after a year and they replaced this for me under warranty without any issues at all. I found the company very professional and trustworthy and would happily do business with them again.

Ordered 1430 Wednesday, delivered 0930 Thursday.
Great service and plates look good quality.

Ordered late Friday afternoon delivered following Tuesday morning very happy with number plates very good service.

Ordered a plate on 11 and today is 16 March, I couldn’t check the parcel through Royal Mail that PlatesExpress provided. Sent emails to PlatesExpress but no reply at all. Try to make a call but couldn’t find the phone number. This morning the seller replied me and because I selected the normal mail which took 10 days and can’t track the parcel. Sad! But at the end, I got the parcel noon time. Unfortunately the front plate is missing the border. I have reflected to the sales team. Hope they give me a satisfactory solution. Otherwise I shall downgrade the review.

Ordered Plates from Plates Express as I needed them urgently. They arrived the next working day. Good quality and excellent communication from them. I will definitely be using them again!

I ordered a set of number plates on Friday 9th December and they were delivered on Monday 12th December which is great service! The quality looks good and they are exactly as I ordered.

I ordered a plate for my motorcycle on which I wanted a flag emblem. The plate arrived quick enough but it was a plain plate with no flag. I emailed & got a very curt reply stating that I never ordered a flag but I double checked & I did. Complete waste of money. Avoid this mob

Ordered plate for motorcycle and whilst my mistake with Paypal delivery address it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact them. Six emails so far and telephone number constantly engaged.

Ordered a 7x5 inch plate and order confirmation stated 9x7. Emailed within 6 minutes of placing the order as there is no telephone contact number.
Did not get a reply or to 2 further emails that day asking them to not produce the plate at the wrong size and then no reply to a further email following delivery of wrong sized plate.
It’s possible I made a mistake on the order (sure I didn’t), but no reply to 4 emails is poor service. Total waste of money - avoid at all costs as no way of contacting this company.

Ordered a 3-D plate and was charged for it. They sent a standard plate. No reply to emails no phone number on site.
The website shows a five star rating based on 3674 reviews. This is the second review on trustpilot.
Don't waste your money, there are plenty other options.

The product ordered was delivered on time and the product is perfect.
I recommend Plates Express, its a good website for bike and car number plates.

Thank you.
