Our plastics division was established in 2013 to service the growing demand for polycarbonate and acrylic sheet used by sign makers, shop fitters, point-of-sale fabricators and the general public. We quickly expanded to include Multiwall Polycarbonate, used extensively in roofing applications.

Delivery was delayed and I was very concerned as it was needed for a big job but Vivian Frascarelli from Plastic Solutions was extra helpful and her communication with me so prompt, 10 out of 10 for Customer Service. Vivian went out of her way to track my order down and reassure me it would arrive on time. Happy to recommend Plastic solutions and I will continue to do business with them.

Attitude as I arrived asking me who sent me email to say goods ready for collection a day before I went to uplift goods told it would be 20 /30 minutes before goods will be ready 1 and half hours later came out with first 2 x 4x2mtr sheets put onto truck and went to get last sheet upon inspection I noticed that both sheets were damaged had to wait another 45 minutes to replace them only to be 2/3 rds finished putting sheets on to roof i notice that the 2x2mtr sheet was different from the other 2 sheets same thickness but different profile from another supplier to be honest I would not recommend your service to anyone only to go somewhere else unhappy coustomer

From the moment i contacted Plastic solutions, the sales team were very prompt and helpful helping me to choose the perfect solution for my project. Customer service was perfect. Delivery was arranged for easter thursday and although the delivery did not arrive on time, when i contacted Plastic solutions very efficiently checked the status of my order and re- scheculed for a convenient time. As my project was time sensitive the currier rescheduled and delivered on a good friday. I would highly recommend Plastic Solutions . From beginning to end, my purchase was effortless.
