The only thing UK about plasticsheetshop is the domain name, your order is manufacturered and shipped from the Netherlands.
The first item received was broken and i reported the item was broken and reported that the AC hole was not present even though the title of the product and description explicitly states that this came with a 15.5cm hole. They have now shipped a replacement still without a hole! making the order useless and they do not take responsibility so it will be on to my credit card company to start a chargeback for goods not as described.

I got the AC window seal acrylic 4mm to use as a long term solution to venting a portable AC. There was clear information on the website about the measurements to take. I think it is very well priced and the product was delivered within 3 days which was faster than expected. Unfortunately the acrylic was damaged upon delivery so i went to customer support and they delivered a replacement within 2 days. Overall great experience, I definitely recommend them!

The first Perspex item arrived broken. Against my express wishes, the company sent a replacement, even though I told them I used a local carpenter to produce a replacement. They continued to insist upon photographs, even though I was clear that I didn’t want a refund. Their software for reporting damaged goods is poorly designed and the company doesn’t read customer emails. All-in-all, a bad experience. They ship to the UK using UPS, who delivered several days late with both of the items I ordered.

I was after some panels to create privacy screens on my narrow boat. I received a fast and comprehensive response to my initial query. Hannah was very helpful and answered all of my questions and suggested an alternative product from their range that suited my needs better, even though it was considerably cheaper. Delivery once ordered was quick and the product is A1, now fitted. In the words of Alan Partridge, "textbook".

Came across this company whilst looking for an accessory for my portable AC unit. Saw their option for the window exhaust hose and bought it. Easy to input the measurements and choose the type required.
