Plantroops Arvostelua 

Do not buy anything from Plantroops! They are not a real UK garden nursery. They are running a deceptive dropshipping arbitrage scheme out of an overseas location while hiding behind a fake virtual London address.
I paid them £65 for 100 specific premium narcissus bulbs. They never had the stock. Instead, they took my personal details, went to a legitimate UK supplier (J Parker's Dutch Bulbs), and ordered an entirely different, cheaper product ("100 Mixed Narcissus" worth £25) in my name. They paid J Parker with a card that wasn't mine and pocketed my £40.
When the wrong product arrived from J Parker, I couldn't even return it because any refund would go straight back to the scammer's card, not mine. They completely misrepresent what they sell, send low-value substitutes from third parties, and harvest your data.
If you have been scammed by them, do not bother emailing their customer service. Call your bank immediately and request a Chargeback for "Goods Not As Described," and report them to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice. Avoid at all costs!

Not received order worth £50.99 they haven't responded to my email and not answering phone! Do not use plantroops

This company is a scam. Order at your own peril. Items will not arrive.

Just a Drop shipping or reseller they are. They don't answer your concerns or questions properly like about the delivery or from where its going to be delivered. Because they don't even know what plant they are sending and it is in which condition being sent from their source.
My plants delivered unhealthy with fungus. Upon complain he said you shouldn't have taken them from delivery rider. Also 1 lemon plant they sent me wrong variety and the customer support person saying I'm in karachi I don't know about anything.

Saying the rider will comeback and take the wrong plant will return you the requested variety. Till now just lollipop.... Now no answers whatsoever

I ordered plants from Plantroops, but I never received my order. The promised delivery date passed a long time ago.
I tried contacting the company, but they did not respond to my messages and did not offer any proper solution. I have received neither my order nor a refund.
I have now had to take further action to try to get my money back.
I am writing this review so that other customers are aware of my experience and are careful before ordering from Plantroops.
No order, no refund, and no proper communication. A very disappointing experience.

Placed an order that took ages to arrive, when it did it was incorrect. Contacted them straight away and have not had a response. It's been over a week and nothing.

It's a scam! I was sent the wrong items, and they do not answer your email or phone calls.

My goods failed to arrive. My credit card company refunded me the cost. Avoid

Ordered a fig brown turkey for just under £100. When it arrived, the plant was a poor specimen and had clearly suffered damage prior to transport. Tried to contact the company but no reply whatsoever.
Please do not use this company if you are a plant-lover! Can't believe I fell for it....

Ordered a Don Juan rose and after weeks of waiting, they delivered the wrong one. I paid £51 for the Don Juan and they sent me a rose which costs £17. I've emailed them multiple times and had no response.

Dodgy company. Ordered and paid through "shop". They offer no protection. But I have applied to my credit card for a charge back.

Thought it strange as Ordered lots of plants and roses recently and all dispatched quickly.

I emailed. No reply.
I WhatsApped. No reply.
WhatsApp again. I've been blocked
Don't answer calls.

They claim 24/7 customer service. Nope
They claim fast postage. Nope.
I then realise there is no info at all about delivery or postage. And no business address (a legal requirement)

Looking at the reviews, I presume this is a scam site/business.

Certainly not a legit business.

I'm fuming.

But hopefully the credit card will sort it out.

Wish I had noticed before purchasing. Do not buy from here.

Plants never delivered, no answer to emails, dreadful customer service. Do not deal with this company.

I ordered €119 worth of plants on May 27th 2026. Nothing has arrived. Plant troops do not answer any emails or answer any phone call. How do I get a refund please.

Be wary. Wrong plants. Wrong house. Poor condition. No answer!
Paid £50 plus £4.99 p&p for Begonia Glowing Ember, was expecting 5 established plants. I’d looked online for these but couldn’t find them this year. I’d bought them elsewhere last year and they were beautiful, so although expensive, I thought I’d pay £50 for something I knew I liked.
What I received almost 2 weeks later were multiple plugs of Begonia Bolivienisis, a different plant.
They were sent to the wrong house, to a neighbour on holiday. I received them in poor condition, slimy leaves, broken stems. The paperwork had my name but wrong address, despite it being correct on previous email. The paperwork even names the begonias as the incorrect ones. I have emailed but no answer.
I will never use this company again. There seems to be a theme of offering difficult to get hold of plants, sending a commonly available alternative and not answering complaints.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

It is a total SCAM

I ordered some plug plants, was given a delivery date of 2nd June 26. By 10th June I still had not received them but received an email from a third provider to say delivery would be between Between Nov 26 to Jan 27.

I emailed Plant Troops customer services twice called on the WhatsApp telephone to cancel order without any response.

I still have not had a response or a delivery.

I am going to be reporting them to Trading Stantards. this company should not be allowed to trade online.

Do not order from this company! Ordered fruit trees two months ago. No delivery, no response to multiple chasers and obviously no refund either. Whole thing looks like a scam. Website managed by a company in Pakistan. Reported them to Action Fraud.

Do NOT place any business with this company! They have not fulfilled my order and have not responded to multiple follow-up emails. I have reported them to the Trading Standards Authority.

Wish I’d looked on here before ordering… I ordered some edamame plants to grow with my daughter - was promised delivery by last Friday. No sign of the plants as yet and no response on email or phone…
