Really good broker. Contacted me a month before my insurance was expiring and took care of finding a new option for the same cost.
Saves me so much time.

Totally scammers. I referred lot of people and when my renewal time came never gave me insurance and never paid me for referral. Scammers

The guy we dealt with was extremely helpful, and polite. He kept me updated every step of the way with the progress of our enquiry. Nothing was too much trouble

Am been with them nearly one year and also recommend my friend to get insurance from them but I’ve called them today to change of my address but they charge me £63 and last time I drop named Driver from my policy they gave me some money back but when I add the same person they charge me more then they refund me and the guy who I spoke he goes his going to cancel my policy if I didn’t pay £63 which is unacceptable anyway am no going to use them again in my life so I Kindly Request all the Customers who are with them please raise your voice against them and don’t use them next year we need to stand together against them then they stop charging us extra otherwise they ripped off all of us so be careful and don’t use them Thanks

Plan's sales team were efficient at winning my business in the first place - effective and helpful communication. Sadly, my limited dealings with the customer service team has been woeful. Borderline rude, dreadful communication and like pulling teeth. When you're spending this sort of money I'm certain that there are plenty of other brokers out there who will actually do more than the minimum to help/advise/satisfy existing customers.
