The service was good and shipping went out quickly. I probably made a mistake in the first order and got the wrong stem. It was easy to return. A break on return cost would be wonderful but I do t... Näytä lisää

One star
I’m giving this company one star because my son ordered a bicycle without my initial approval. I contacted the company immediately to cancel the order, but I was told it was too late and that I would have to return it within 90 days at my own expense for shipping.
Since I had already planned to buy my son a bike anyway, I decided to keep the order. However, when the bicycle arrived, it was not the bicycle that was originally ordered. The color was different, and several other details of the bike were different as well.
Luckily, my son decided he was okay with keeping the bike, so we did not go through the hassle and expense of returning it. However, receiving a different bicycle than the one ordered was very disappointing, and the overall experience was not what I expected.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re really sorry about this experience. We completely understand your frustration, and we’re especially sorry that the bike you received wasn’t what you had ordered.
We’re glad your son was happy with it in the end, but we know that doesn’t make the situation any less disappointing. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to learn from this.

Fast shipping and great sales
Fast shipping and great sales.
The search feature, on the website, has room for improvement. When narrowing searches size type etc. the results seem inaccurate and/or incomplete. This results in wasted time and , for me, loss of interest (no sale)

I would have given 5 stars because I…
I would have given 5 stars because I thought I was getting about $140 with the sale and promotional code. But then you add tax and handling charge. It’s understandable but wasn’t aware until after purchase. I could have bought through another company with out the added tax. (And we all know we pay enough taxes the way it is.) But I will still be doing business with Planet Cyclery .
