Good genuine Mavic products at a good sale price. I just bought a Mavic jersey and jacket that I really did not need but wanted. I have the same jacket in black and been wanting the blue, but the price was always 20 more. Once the price finally came down a bit I decided to get it. Now I can match my kits better. The jersey is a different material from my Greg Lemond, but a quality product nonetheless. I am very happy with my purchase and overall experience with PC. Thank you

The bike arrived on time and was easy to put together. All seemed to be going well until we tried the brakes. They did not work despite troubleshooting. I reached out to customer service multiple times without a response. Unfortunately, our only option is to bring it to a bike shop. I understand things like this may happen, but that does not excuse Planet Cyclerys lack of response/communication which is necessary when purchasing an expensive item online.

Incredible customer service. When my new Kona Ouroboros frame was not perfect, they put in the effort and took the time to get a replacement instead of passing on the hassle of dealing with a warranty issue to me. When my replacement arrived, they hustled to get it back out the door as quickly as possible while still doing a high quality job assembling and repacking it. I will always be grateful to them for their attention to detail and for caring about providing a quality product more than churning out an order. I look forward to doing business with them again.

Been month since ordered Shimano di2 XT groupset. Delivery hung up at UPS delivery site here in Anchorage. Last week Jeff said would get site where located so I could go down and pick it up. Called multiple times and emailed and still haven’t heard back. Very poor customer service.
