I have been a regular customer for years - i've placed probably 7-8 orders from Dot. However my loyalty and money is rewarded with 3-4 month shipping delays, zero response from the company's email account, and not once have they picked up their phone. Zero accountability or concept of customer service.

The clothes, once they finally arrive, are beautiful but not worth waiting several months for.
I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere unless you're comfortable with the complete disregard they have for their customers.

DOT design studio by Daizy and Tapushi calls themselves a "luxury design studio" but there is nothing luxurious about their clothing, fabric or the way they treat customer.

I purchased a set priced at INR 18,000, and the product I received was significantly different from the photographs shown online. After providing my exact measurements, I was advised that I should order a Medium size, yet the kurta I received was a free size, almost one that can fit a XXXL body type. The trousers were also of disappointing quality, with poorly finished stitching and seams that twisted and crawled up when worn.

What was most concerning was the WhatsApp number through which I received prompt assistance before placing the order became completely unresponsive once I raised concerns about the product quality after delivery. I waited four days, attempting to contact them through calls and messages, but received absolutely no response to the raised concerns.

As a customer I'd expect any business, let alone one positioning itself as a luxury brand to address concerns professionally and transparently. I am sharing my experience so that prospective buyers can make an informed decision without having to fall prey to such poorly run businesses.
