Is true don’t buy on line.
I am sorry that I don’t check this page before buying. Sure the experience could be different if you can go a store but online is horrible, no assistance no replay. I return a piece and after two months I haven’t received the money that is simply robbery. There are nice pieces but never worth to buy in a place that has zero respect for your customers.

When you’re forced to try new products out that are only available online because there are no stores in your country, you would expect that a company like this would offer free exchanges or low cost returns in order to win you or keep you as a customer. This is not the case here I returned the body for €58 and they charge me €15 for a package debt weigh 200 g from Frankfurt to Italy.

I don’t even think that there are any customer service people available for international questions. Sure the products are beautiful but what does it suit me if they don’t fit correctly and I would like to try other sizes before buying other products? I still haven’t received any feedback on my high logistic cost and apparently I’m being ignored unfortunately PayPal doesn’t cover the legal costs for this kind of thing because they said they can’t control logistic costs so I decided to go online and share this experience with you to warn you that on the website there’s no mention of any kind of return fees and how high they are. So if you’re gonna order anything you had to be 100% sure you really want it.

Pessimo servizio clienti dopo 3 mail e 5 mie telefonate in due giorni ancora non mi hanno risposto per risolvere il problema. Evidentemente non hanno interesse per un acquisto di circa € 1000,00. Mai più!!!!

DO NOT buy online. The products are great but customer service based in Italy is bombastic. Also note import taxes are not included and if you return/refund your item you will not get these taxes back (and they are significant amounts). There’s a complete lack of reply and resolution . Never again unless in store

Online bestellt und alle Kleidungsstücke haben eine unglaublich schlechte Qualität.
Man kann die Kleidungsstücke nicht waschen, nicht chemisch reinigen lassen. Sie verlieren sofort ihre Form und werden zu "Zelten".
Habe so etwas noch nie erlebt. Finger weg!!

Like a lot of these kinds of brands: service-zero; clothes-kind of alright, albeit a bit overpriced as usual, trying to fake a "luxary+chic tan" on its pale European façade.

My experience is, unless you are 500% sure of the item which you want to purchase online (for example you already tried it in a store and simply did not purchase it for whatever reasons: stingy, uncertain, rushing for a flight etc.), STAY AWAY from it. Return is very inconvenient and they will charge a ridiculous so-called "adjustment fee", for example I got only 80% of my money back. In addition, if you are outside EU, they are nonchalant about how much duty and tax you have to handle. Result: it just turned out to be an extremely expensive off-putting experience of clothes trying: the price you paid would be close to a return ticket to Milan where you can find a store and try the clothes in the fitting room.

Finally I am not sure who turned out to be more pathetic: me as a naive customer? Or Europe's poor business attitude and performance like this.
One thing however is certain: no surprise that more and more customers would eventually look towards the Far East where they can find goods of equal quality, better and better design, humble price, and service that is much more efficient.

I did not receive my order, they don't care at all .....

Incredible clothing, but the customer service is horrible!
I’ve texted, emailed and called several times to return an item that is too big for me. Without any answer…
I can’t log onto the account since it’s blocked and there’s no return label anywhere.
Still waiting for answer to return my item.

Beautiful expensive clothes, but a terrible Customer service. There is only a phone number in Italy indicated on the order confirmation (Order #2000003583). No email or chat service offered. I tried to call the customer service in order to find out how to return item of the order of six pieces, was hanging in the line for five minutes, nobody picked. With the order no instructions how to return order. Tried to log in again on my account, is blocked. When asking for a new password, I get no password sent, but the very same email address the order confirmation was sent. Please step up your customer service!!
