I ordered a personalised hockey plush from Pionno / pionno.com, which PayPal shows as XHMGIFTS.

The product photos showed a shaped plush-style hockey figure with arms, legs, skates, gloves and a hockey stick. What arrived was completely different: a flat printed cushion that did not match the advertised photos.

When I contacted the company, they said the product was acceptable and repeatedly refused a full refund. They offered partial refunds instead, first 10%, then 20%, then 50%.

In my opinion, the product photos were misleading. The item I received was materially different from what was advertised.

I would not recommend ordering from Pionno / XHMGIFTS unless you are prepared for the product received to look very different from the website photos. I am now having to escalate the matter through PayPal as “Significantly Not as Described.”

Shifty from the start. Didn't get an order number after paying. Placed one large and one small item and only received the large. The product looks nothing like the website and looks like it would have cost $2 to make. The wax figurine that looks like it is 3D in the photo's is a flat piece of acrylic with a photo stuck on. The base is around 1/4 of the size of what is shown and it is just awful. They charged me over $100 AUD for what is quite literally a big pile of crap.

The actual product is nothing like the one advertised. It's laughably awful. BEWARE

Op de website laten ze lijken dat het 3D poppetjes zijn maar je krijgt een platte plastic plaatje. Ze hebben ook nog eens de afbeelding in spiegelbeeld geprint en maar aan 1 zijde uit gesneden. Nooit kopen!!! Ik wil mijn geld terug!!

Please do not purchase from this company. They advertise 2D prints, which are meant to look 3D in a plaque.
However they are printed in acrylic, can see the plastic between the players legs which make the prints look flat, they have cut off some of the players faces. The quality is shocking!! And customer care is zero!
