elegance, distinction and quality
Shopping on this site is very easy and enjoyable. And most importantly: if you encounter any difficulties or are unsure about a size or a product, Amber responded very quickly and efficiently to my questions via Messenger. The only downside (but it's not the site's fault) is the customs fees: for each order placed for delivery to Belgium, the additional taxes amounted to 30 euros.

Thank you so much for your lovely review and kind words.
We are really happy to hear that you found the site easy to use.
Regarding the customs fees to Belgium: unfortunately these charges are set by local customs and tax authorities, so they are outside of our direct control. However, we completely understand how frustrating those unexpected costs can be. We are currently working on a way to display estimated taxes/fees more clearly at checkout in the future, so customers have a better idea of the total cost before placing an order.
Thank you again for your feedback and for shopping with us – it really helps us improve.

Hello Allan,
We’re really sorry for the frustration. Your order was dispatched the next working day and left the UK promptly. According to the tracking, it’s currently delayed in Canada due to ongoing Canada Post strike action.
We’ve already emailed you with the tracking link and next steps. While postal delays are outside our control, we’re here to help and keep you updated. Given the circumstances, we don’t feel this review fairly reflects our handling so far, but we absolutely respect your experience and want to make it right.
If the parcel doesn’t move shortly, we’ll resolve this for you — please reply to our email or contact customerservices@pinkgrapes.co.uk so we can assist further.

I had an issue regarding shipping charges, I emailed the customer care team at 11:15 and received a reply at 11:32 to say the issue had been resolved and a refund of the difference in shipping charges had been sent to me.
I’m very impressed with the service I received. Well done all at Pink Grapes.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. The €14.00 charge was an import fee, which is explained on our website. The good news is that we’re currently updating our system so that all import fees and taxes will be displayed at checkout, making everything clearer before you place your order.
We really appreciate your patience while we work on this improvement.

Hello,
Thank you for your review. Some of our products are made outside the UK to help keep costs down, but all items are quality-checked before dispatch. We also provide exact size guides on our website to ensure the best fit.
Customs duties are set by the destination country, though we’re updating our system so these will soon be shown at checkout for full clarity.
