Zak is a very knowledgable physiotherapist who was quickly able to diagnose my injury and create a personalised rehabilitation plan. 6 weeks on I am back on the pitch playing football, all thanks to the team at Phyzio Fit.

I honestly can’t recommend Phyzio Fit enough! From the moment I walked in, he knew exactly what was going on with my back and took the time to explain everything he was doing to release the tension. I felt comfortable and confident in his hands straight away. He used a mix of techniques, including cupping which I’d never tried before and made sure I understood how it worked and how it would help me. The whole experience was amazing, and I left feeling so much better. Seriously, if you’re thinking about booking do it!

What can I say? I’ve had numerous injuries over the years with powerlifting and football. Zak has developed a recovery plan for me and with a few physio therapy sessions got my mobility up and I don’t feel pain during exercise anymore!! I cannot recommend Zak enough at Phyzio Fit, I was diagnosed with a L5 S1 disc buldge. Zak was recommended by my brother who is a doctor and I’m glad he did, from the detailed initial consultation to the excercises and repair plan that was put in place with the cupping and massage side of things. I feel with the rehab program I have been brought back to my usual self pretty much with sessions to follow. 10/10 professionalism and aftercare.
