Overall, this was a great experience. After a slightly confusing start with several phone calls (enrollment), everything went smoothly. Especially enjoyed the professional staff and the calm atmosphere in the hub and over the phone. It felt one was taken cared for, and the payments were made without any issues.

The staff are super helpful, especially with regards to the scheduling of appointments around work or other commitments. They're incredibly efficient with appointment reminders and travel bookings and the nurses have seemingly mastered the art of pain free blood sampling.
Would definitely do more trials with them in the future and they're payments process is quick and efficient.

I genuinely had a great experience. 6 month trial, a couple of visits to the clinic and reporting using an app. Everyone was really kind and accommodating!

The team are easy to deal with annd lovely from onboarding, the clinical team and payments. All questions I asked were answered in full giving me confidence and reassurance. If you’re thinking about it, do it, super straight forward process.

I had wonderful experience with Flucamp clinical trial because the team was very professional and transparent with communication right from the pre trial and during the trial. The doctors and staff were friendly and helpful in providing a welcoming environment to feel comfortable. I was satisfied with the protocols in place to respond to alerts

The beginning test, took a day, a full day. I got home at 9pm and I was 1 of the first people to attend. I have explained to the team that I had to travel quite far home and other people lived in London.
After the first day, every meeting took 30 mins, in and out, quick blood test, maybe a urine sample and a quick chat with the friendly drs.
The payments were made the next day.
The app is simple to use.
