Photobooks from PhotobookShop have great colour and are bound nicely. I did have a small printing issue with a book and it was cleared up immediately. Good product and good service.

Thought I would try this place out a few years ago, and I Havnt looked back. I have now done around 30 books with them and Amazed at How Good they are. I would never go to another site, These are Amazing and the friends I show them to Always comment on them. I started of with simple pages, now I do Everything myself including the backgrounds. I really Enjoy doing them. Have another 2 to do.

I had all sorts of trouble on my first book. I had to phone daily to get answers that the chat could not give. I put a lot down to it being my first book & didn't know how to find certain things. Not as easy to use as the other 100+ books I've done. But I'm sure the 2nd one will be a lot easier.
The finished book is great & I'm looking forward to the next book I do. ITALY!

I have used PhotobookShop for a few years after disappointing results with other photo book companies. The quality, accuracy and presentation of the finished product by Photobookshop are excellent. The software is user-friendly, has a large variety of backgrounds, embellishments and types of photobooks, frames etc. Customer service is also excellent with their prompt assistance, questions answered etc. Very happy to support an Australian company.

I have overall been very happy with product and delivery. I paid extra to get it quickly as my son was returning to Sweden and to post 2 calendars coats $36.
I rang to confirm I would get them on time and was told to pay extra $14 ? For express post but would get them by Thursday. I did not receive them until the next Tuesday. Miss the flight taking my son back to Sweden.
With this additional cost I will not be doing our yearly calendars any more unless one of us are going to Sweden and we can take them with us.

Meet my expectations. No letting down. Excellent customer experience

We have been using photo book shop for many years making our grandchildren books every year for their birthdays up to the age of 11 where we do a summary album of their first 10 years. The delight we see in their faces as we handover their album every year also touching is the wonderful joy it gives their parents .. our children. It’s an easy make keep up the good work photo book shop in updating new designs from time to time.

I have been doing photobooks for many years now. It first started as a yearly photo book of family, friends and trips. Then I made a family history book for my brother, who didn’t have long to live. The photos went back to grandparents in Italy, to great grandparents from England. The family loved them and I finished up making about 35 books. Photobookshop were so accommodating and the finished product was perfect. Now, I have been busy creating fridge magnets to send to relatives in Italy!

Since 2016, I have compiled 19 Photobooks, and never been disappointed with the finished product. A wonderful friend told me about this product, and I am so grateful. I so look forward to getting the books back and love browsing through the memories. A fantastic company to deal with. When I have had issues with the programme, a simple email or phone call has solved the problem. Quality is fantastic, and I mostly order hard cover books. Turn around is very efficient also - such a good company to deal with.

Very poor binding job on 100 page HQ Lay Flat book.

Very happy with the quality of the books. I have now done 6 books and they always look great. Usually fairly fast process of printing and posting.

Have been ordering from them for quite a while, but this last experience was unacceptable. My wife didn’t receive her 40th birthday gift on time. I placed the order over 22 working days ago (more than a month), and I still haven’t received it.

The delay is not due to the courier, they took more than 10 working days just to dispatch the item. Now they claim their “Customer Satisfaction Guarantee” doesn’t apply because the item hasn’t been delivered yet, which makes no sense.

I’ve already had to buy another gift, so I no longer want this order. I’m clearly not satisfied, and they should honour their promise and issue a full refund.

This is very disappointing.

6 weeks and still waiting for photo books to arrive! ordered for a birthday gift, so have missed that. had to chase them up for an update, was told the reason they take so long is "due to the quality", then had to chase them up for the delivery as their crappy website tracking doesn't actually work, emailed a complaint, which they pretty much ignored, just said "its on its way". So now i am taking the time to write a negative review because they clearly don't understand what customer service is and they are completely misleading with their production and delivery times.

What a pathetic response! - email you for further assistance, what a joke, i did email you, there was no further assistance from you!

I recently completed a hard cover album with photobookshop. My 11 year old granddaughter had started it and I put the finishing touches to it.
I usd a voucher when ordering, which made it economical. $54 for 80 pages with postage included.

The album itself worked out beautifully, lovely glossy colours and an easy to use program. Even my granddaughter caught the hang of it in minutes and was changing backgrounds and fonts etc like a professional.

When ordering, it eventually went reasonably smoothly though I did have to contact the chat help to start with as the system told me my voucher had been used. The assistant checked, saw that it had not been and cleared it for me.
This would be my only criticism of the company, often some little hold up when using the vouchers. I have come to expect it.
