Another fine product from Photobook. After several of the standard bound books, I branched out to the lay-flat binding for a collection of photos from a recent engagement. The same high quality, with the added bonus of totally flat double page spreads. And speedy delivery, as always.

I submitted a secondary review after I was given a replacement book. However, replacement book had another issue, particularly on the last page where the automatic cropping cropped. My newborns head off, which is completely disturbing.
The response on email was immediate. End ridiculous, saying it is the customer's responsibility to review every single page.
Like everyone's going to do that.
Especially when you're uploading professionally edited photos, you were assume.
It's going to print exactly what you upload.
Not cropped, (( especially when you say no further editing required ))

The response was saying it's a customer's responsibility to review every single page and they accept no responsibility for their website crop in photos, and it's your responsibility to make sure that that doesn't happen when I was advised, I was not willing to accept a reprint. As a gesture of goodwill, as they put it and I advised them, this is the second time this has happened.And on both occasions , the staff have been extremely rude in email wnen i told them, I was doing initially a test before having all of my wedding photos printed in a book which would cost about $650 to $850 If not more under\n Standably Anyone's going to do that? Considering this particular version of the book would be more than a 160 pages, and I put it to them, rather bluntly. Do you really think I am going to go through 160 pages with a fine tooth cone with 650 plus photos and review every single one to make sure you're automatic dropping dozen play anyone's heads off. Doesn't crop something important, doesn't destroy the photo. Therefore, destroying the memory, of course, not. If you're using a professional website, you expect the staff to act professional. If they simply offered an apology that would have been no problem. And I would have been more than willing to give them a second try.
But after the two responses that i've received over the course of six emails , I won't be using them any further , hence why I am now leaving a factual one star review.

I understand they're probably going to defend everything that i've put but i'm willing to defend everything that I put in writing in court if necessary as I have evidence of everything that i've written as fact if they want to reach out to me privately go for it but I honestly couldn't care even if they offered me a 90% off voucher for our wedding album, what I use it No, absolutely not.You know why?Because they couldn't even get a 20 page book, right?
How can I trust them to get something that important right.

Had an unpleasantly weird experience with this company. Was after a printing service to gift a friend something for their big event and came across this. So we went and placed a custom order. Never received a confirmation email and apparently it went into spam folder, but okay. The email says that it’d email you again for the tracking info once it’s dispatched. So I waited patiently for DAYS with zero communication from the company about my order. After over a week I decided to reach out through their chat thingy and received an email that my order had apparently been dispatched AND delivered AND LEFT somewhere on the premise with no signature days ago?

I was not notified about these updates. I still do not know where the parcel is. And the communication is clunky at best with the company. No apologies. Came across very aloof and dodgy. Slow service from the get go to the end. Clunky website too. Ugh.

Please please beware. I’d just avoid it at all costs to be honest. Plenty other (trusted and better) printing services in Australia.

It’s nice that I can easily print photos from my phone and get them delivered. A downside is I have received some photos that appeared darker.

Great and simple to use. Product was good quality and an amazing price.

I have used Photobook for years & have been very happy with the albums.
They have greatly improved the software over the years.
It’s wonderful they are now based in Australia so time of submitting finished project to arrival in post box is around a week.
Every year I make personalised calendars for our families - which is loved & appreciated.

Very easy to make albums, turned out good quality as well! Though recommend using good quality DSLR pics rather than mobile clicks!

I just received my photo book and the quality is awful. Images from my full-frame camera are heavily compressed, full of artifacts, and have lost all detail. Only the phone photos look halfway decent — clearly something went wrong in production.

As a professional photographer and designer, I provided high-res, print-ready files and expected much better, especially for the price.

Worse, all customer support options are dead ends. Both phone numbers go straight to voicemail. The live chat isn’t active, despite promising replies in 3 minutes. Even the "Chat with us on WhatsApp" link doesn’t work.

It honestly feels like they’ve made it impossible to reach them. I’ve requested a full refund but have serious doubts about the legitimacy of this company.

Photobook Australia is a great way of showcasing your photos. It is a simple easy process to follow online. Another positive is that you do not have to complete your project all at once.

Very disappointed in this photobook. No choice of front cover picture, the photos were shuffled out of chronological timeline, photos were cropped badly or not centred on the page or placed over the centre join in the book. The quality of the graphics and paper were ok, but overall not good value for money. The online ordering of the book was clumsy.

Having been a happy Momento customer in the past I was sad to learn that their business failed and so I was unable to reprint previous Momento albums.
I was concerned about finding a new provider that offered comparable service and quality.
Having just received my first 140 page album from Photobook I’m pleased to say they certainly exceeded my expectations and dispelled my previous apprehension.
Good quality, good turnaround…..happy customer.

I have produced over 90 Photobooks and can highly recommend them. They are easy to edit and their service is excellent in the event that an enquiry is necessary.

I have been using photobook for nearly 10 years and the reason is that I am very happy with the customer service. For example last time my photobook had some marks on it and the process to have it reprinted was very easy because the team was so helpful.

Nice product and good quality. There is a lot of paper options to choose from. I just hope there is a bit more sizes.
