Phoenix Motorcycle Training - Crystal Palace Arvostelua 

From start to finish, I really enjoyed my time with Phoenix training team. The day consisted of much learning, fun and bonding with my fellow bike learners.
The trainers are excellent in the manner that they convey their wealth of knowledge and very patient. What a fantastic day had by all, and to top it off, I passed my CBT. Thank you and merry Christmas

Staff very friendly and helpful

The instructors were excellent — I always felt well taken care of. They take their job seriously and consistently made sure to correct anything I was doing wrong.

I was recommended the Crystal Palace team by someone who had trained with them and said they were as good as it gets. Even though it was quite far for me, I decided to go — and from day one it was clear I’d made the right choice trusting them with the process.

Now, having just passed my Mod 2, I’m even more convinced that they not only got me through the test; they genuinely prepared me to ride safely and confidently.

Amazing place to do CBT with great instructors.

Every single instructor cares about your learning and helps your confidence. I passed my CBT, and full licence with them on my first try thanks to them !

Very good training school with some nice bikes and encouraging instructors who want you to pass and do well going forward. I did my CBT with them and i struggled abit with some of the slow riding side of things due to never riding a motorcycle before and the instructors could of called it a day for now in my case due to time restraints as I was not progressing quite quick enough, but they gave me a chance by sticking with me and gave me great encouragement and tips to improve which I eventually did. Bring your own motorcycle gear! as the stuff in the school is not the greatest to put it politely lol..But to be fair they don't claim it to be and actually highly recommended for you bring your own stuff anyway. If doing your lessons during the winter months please bring warm gear and especially any thermal heated or winter gloves because your hands are going to get frost bite, it's painful and a massive distraction during the lesson! Instructor was brilliant though in recognising everyone's struggle with the cold by sending us back into the building to put on some rubber surgeon style gloves to wear under our gloves which was a game changer and massive improvement. Even though I passed my CBT without ever riding a geared motorcycle before (Driver for over 20 years though) I think doing a Pre-CBT would benefit most people who's never rode a motorbike as you will now have some experience riding the bikes before going forward into your actual CBT day allowing you to focus more on the CBT lesson itself and not trying to still get used to the bike late into the CBT. I'm definitely going to return back here to complete my full bike licence for sure!

Did my cbt yesterday staff was very nice respectful and helpful and they are genuinely very supportive

I just completed the Enhanced Rider Scheme training, a full day of advanced skills and assessment by an expert rider. Ian was an expert, patient, friendly, pleasant instructor who helped my skills and my confidence in a series of advanced riding scenarios. Another great experience with Pheonix. The Direct Access programme prepares you to pass the test, but ERS prepares you to ride and ride safely under a wide range of real conditions. Highly, highly recommended!

Fantastic experience

Worked with a few different trainers through my MOD 1/2 training and tests, Ken, Darren, Peter and Wyn were all great and very willing to share their expertise, very patient and supportive. One small issue is that the training center is shared with CBTs, and so you may end up restricted in space when practicing for your full test by CBT courses ongoing. Overall a positive experience with this location.

As Someone With 0 Experience on bikes, my instrustor made it a Grade A Experience on my cbt 125, My Instructor Was Friendly And Knew How To Make A Joke. But at the same time she kept it proffesional and clear/easy to understand. And re.ember to always ask the question the only stupid questions are the ones you don't ask.

Great support from the initial try ride through to CBT with personalised sessions to develop all the skills needed. All the instructors patiently supported me and the other riders with guidance where needed. Demonstrations if necessary and tips and tricks to build confidence resulting in me passing my CBT. Thanks in particular to Marc and his 'interesting' jokes.

The instructors were really good and helpful with there instructions and all there feedback and let you know what you need to improve and were you go wrong so you can get it right and ride safe would really recommend them to anyone that's what's to do the cbt

Nice friendly atmosphere and patient instructor

Wonderful teacher, learnt a lot about how to handle the bike effectively, and got lots of good advice when we were out driving on the road, would definitely recommend! My teacher (the 58 year old guy with the BMW bike) was very kind and engaging especially!

I think the training was A class from the start. I noticed an immediate shift in improvement from the 1st day of the try ride.

I would say that if you want to seriously learn to ride then look no further. Peter, Sam and Darren are all very good teachers and want the students to succeed.

I will be back to do my full license training for sure!

Very good trainer with good experience in spotting your error and provide the much needed advice for improvement. On road experience was good too. Always put the safety as the top priority no matter how good you are at riding. For other potential first time riders, if you wish to pass it, please do your homework first, check out online videos first and learn how to use clutch and how to ride.
