Phil's Fudge Factory Arvostelua 

I was so happy to see Rollo back on the fudge menu, and am also very happy that I can get the chocolate caramel balls now. It was all packaged very well and arrived in a timely manner. I can get fudge in various places here in Calgary but Phil’s is superior to them all!

As usual, everything is delicious. The new strawberry chocolate is amazing. Definitely recommend. 😋🤩

I can't eat fudge all the time, but when i do, oh boy, there's nothing quite as satisfying as Phil's fudge. It's always so fresh, soft and so moist. My personal favorite is chocolate, but other flavors are also enjoyable. Mmmmm. Need i say more?? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I got everything I order. Other then a day late, was suppose to get on Friday I got the order on Monday. I just love this company.

One fudge tasted really old and was rock hard. The other was delicious.

The fudge was (notice past tense) wonderfully creamy and the flavors were excellent.
Customer Service was very helpful.
A Canadian product that will be purchased again.

We held a fundraiser last yr for our rescue and loved the fudge so much I bought some for my family for Valentine's Day. I doubt it will last that long so no doubt we'll reorder again!

Order was processed within a few hours (after your Christmas& New Year’s break) & shipped within a few days. Received from Canada Post in about 5 days.

Long delay in getting the shipment headed out.
I order Dec 30 and Jan 7 to get a UPS label made for it and then on it's way Jan 10

Things started out well they were very helpful and willing to give information on the programs offered, quick to respond, after we placed our order there was some confusion that took a bit to get worked out and that delayed the fudge and spices getting delivered on time. I can understand it was a busy time of year and our group placed a pretty substantial order, however the late delivery didn’t work in our groups favour. The fudge is phenomenal and will hope for better results next time.

If you are fudge lover, this place will blow your mind! The flavors are rich, creamy, and absolutely indulgent. The Chocolate Coconut Sandwich is hands down my favorite - the perfect balance of smooth chocolate and tropical goodness. Every bite feels like a little peace of heaven :)

Its very easy to order, the cost is good and it comes very quickly but number one is the fudge, it tastes great so many flavors, so good! You will not be disappointed. Buy it for my kids for Christmas they love it.

What's the issue?????! What went wrong you ask! I placed an order on Dec. 10 and I was notified on Dec. 21 that the order was ready for shipping. WTF! 11 days to place one little order going from the north of Edmonton to the south of Edmonton. Gimme a break! Lucky to get any stars!
So much for a christmas present!

Never received this order and when I reached out about it I didn't hear anything back.
