Perfect Experience All Round

The TY Grogu soft toy was exceptionally good value, arrived quickly, was well packaged, and in perfect, brand new condition as described. Will definitely be using Phillips for toys again.

Poor customer services

Poor customer services. After ringing over 10 times to no answer, sent 3 emails to cancel my product and no response. They continued to send my order WITHOUT one of the boxes! After emailing AGAIN to let them know they missed the box and could I either get it sent out or get a refund. I was ignored! It was my first time ordering from you and I can honestly say, I was not impressed.

Brilliant service!

Couldn’t be happier with my order from Phillips Toys! Everything arrived super quickly and was well packaged – the figures were in perfect condition with zero damage.

The selection on the site is fantastic, and the prices are really fair for the quality. It’s clear this is a family-run business that genuinely cares about their customers.

Thank you so much for making the whole experience so smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be shopping with you again!

Keep doing what you’re doing – you’re doing it brilliantly! 🙌
