Disappointing customer service

Disappointing customer service

I ordered a Jada Fast & Furious Nissan Skyline R34 from Phillips Toys. The product listing showed the cyan/turquoise R34 with no rear spoiler, which is the version I wanted and believed I was ordering.

Unfortunately, I received a completely different dark-blue Colour Brush version instead.

I’ve contacted Phillips Toys several times by email and through their contact form to explain the issue, but so far I haven’t received a response. I’m disappointed because the delivery itself was fine, but when you’ve received the wrong item, you expect the retailer to respond and help resolve it.

I still hope Phillips Toys gets back to me and sorts this out, and I’ll happily update my review if they do.

Excellent

Really happy, goods as described, kept up to date with postage etc, safely secured tracked delivery. Would buy from again.

Easy to order the items and good price. Received items dispatch tracking number next working day, however Royal Mail did not receive the item for a couple of days. Door to door took a week although 48 hour delivery.

On receiving the parcel 1 item missing, contacted Phillips toys via info email address and no response. Tried calling and no response. Contacted via online form and received a response however still not resolved after my initial contact 8 days ago. Hence 3 stars.

Basically if you receive everything and all in good condition then you will not have a problem. If an item is missing or incorrect expect to be chasing as I am. Therefore require to improve in this area.
