Their prices are great however if you order online and have a different
billing address and residence address they want you to send them a copy of your driver's license and credit card. I do a lot of ordering online and have never been asked by any vendor to send my driver's license and credit card. When I asked if there was another way of validating the information the woman told me that she would cancel my order. With six dogs and two cats there's a lot of other vendors to buy from.

Top notch in all areas! 5 stars ++++!!

I love this company and the service they provide. The 1st time I ordered from them, I entered the # incorrectly and they called to verify, as the order I put in could be accommodated but wasn't normal. The attention to detail and personal customer service felt so solid and caring that it immediately inspired my loyalty. I've since been ordering my pets' med's from them and the experience is always the same. Extremely caring, efficient and easy! I enjoy doing business with them. Because of that first call, even just ordering from them is pleasant because I associate every order with that first experience. My experience with Pet Value Mart has been top notch on all levels. I was skeptical ordering pet meds on line, but couldn’t be more satisfied. This company is legitimate. They checked my order with my vet and delivered on time! I saved about $40 on my dog’s flea, tick and heart worm meds!

Happy Customer…

No problems with ordering other than slight confusion on delivery date. Ended up getting prescription in time. Price of prescription was one half of what my vet charges Very happy with this company and will probably use again.
