Stitching / piping was not reflective on one (bought three)
Bought three coats however one was slightly different. On two, there was reflective piping however in the third coat, there was piping however it was not reflective like the others. Customer service emailed me, I explained that one was not as described however there was nothing they could do.

Please improve your returns process
Order arrived, no issues with the order. However it didn't fit, so needed to return.
The returns form is very difficult, as it asks for Invoice numbers, Order numbers, return codes, address details (that must be handwritten after printing off the form).
Please fix your returns process, at the very least include the invoice/order numbers in the package. Returned today at the Post Office, hopefully will receive my refund soon.

First time I had used this website
First time I had used this website. I needed a harness for my small dog and the usual website didn’t have the colour I was after. Was very pleased with the ease of ordering from here and the quick delivery. I will not hesitate to re order anything else I need.
