Green tweed cosy cave XL
Nice bed good quality.
Struggled badly with the felt insert , which seems way to big and even though i eventually managed to get it in , it doesn’t seem to sit right.
My dogs love it though so all 👍🏻

Not fit for any dog with claws 🙄
"Unfortunately, this bed was a huge disappointment. Unless you have a dog that simply sits down without moving around, this bed is not for you. My small dog likes to burrow a bit before settling, and after just a week, the bed was already in tatters. I contacted Pet Prestige, and they blamed my dog for the damage, which I understand since she does burrow. However, I've had beds that cost less than half the price last for years, and they’ve never ended up in this condition."
Would like to add photos, but there is no attachment availability??
Will be donating this bed to a dog shelter, not even a month old!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I’m truly sorry to hear that the bed didn’t meet your expectations. We strive to provide high-quality products and take customer feedback very seriously.
While we understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn’t hold up as expected, we do want to emphasise that the behaviour of dogs—such as burrowing, chewing, or clawing—can naturally cause wear and tear, regardless of the durability of the materials. We cannot guarantee that any dog bed will withstand this kind of activity indefinitely, as each dog has unique habits that affect a bed's lifespan.
We appreciate your feedback and will take it into account as we continue to refine our products. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Thank you again for your understanding, and we hope your next experience is a more positive one.
Kind regards,
Pet Prestige Customer Service Team

Lovely tweed dog bed
Good quality dog bed. Good price compared to other retailers. Would recommend. Bed design compliments house decor, with its country styling in tweed.

Hello Joanne,
We have requested through Trust Pilot for you to give us further information as we cant find your order by your name, nor have we had any Paypal disputes, so we can only assume you may have us mixed up with another store.

We really hope you rectify your situation, if you would be so kind to remove this review, we would very much appreciate it.
Thanks for your review, we really appreciate it but I can’t seem to find your order or any messages you are referring to. Have you definitely ordered from Pet Prestige UK? If so please email Nathan@petprestigeuk.com and the owner shall personally sort it out for you.

Perfect dog bed.
My dog loves her Gor Pets Ultimate bed and it’s stopped her sleeping on my bed so definitely a win!
I had previously purchased a bed from Omlet but she wouldn’t sleep in it. I now have a hard time getting her out of the Ultima.
Delivery was quick from pet prestige, my only complaint was I didn’t receive any notification of dispatch.
Other than that very pleased
