Scammers, don't buy anything

Llevo 6 semanas esperando el pedido. Ponía que llegaba en 15 dias. Lo he reclamado en varias ocasiones y me responde que agradecen mi paciencia y que todavía no saben cuando lo mandarán. He solicitado el reembolso y no contestan.

SCAM! Nicht empfehlen. Bestellung von 8.11. bleibt bis 02.12. ohne Bewegung. Lieferfrist war 10 Tage. Stornieren kann ich auch nicht, Antwort "Wir können nicht stornieren, weil es versendet wurde. Leider die Tracking-Nr. wir nicht darstellen können". Jetzt wird eine Herausforderung, mein Geld oder Ware zu kriegen. Bestellung #48967

Commande du 28 septembre pas reçu le 20 novembre. Ils répondent aux mails de relances sous 10 jours mais on avance pas . Très déçu ne jamais commander sur ce site . Impossible à contacter par téléphone . Ils me baladent

Na ruim twee weken nog steeds geen geleverd product. Wel steeds via telefoon en mail de toezegging dat het geleverd gaat worden. Dus let op bij gewenste snelle levering niet hiermee in zee gaan. Zag dat dit speelgoed op andere sites direct leverbaar is.

Terrible. Ponen como disponible un artículo, lo compro, me piden el número de tarjeta, y no viene. Su página de transporte me dice a los pocos días que ya está en mi domicilio (mentira). Reclamo y me dicen que no se ha podido entregar. Yo, con buena fé, hago un nuevo pedido y me vuelve a pasar lo mismo. Pido explicaciones y me dicen lo mismo. Reclamo y me piden el número de cuenta bancaria para darme el reembolso. Se los doy y no sólo no me lo dan, sino que no responden. No pierdas tu tiempo con esta empresa estafadora

SCAMMERS BEWARE. I should have listened to the reviews prior because it’s true. They take your $ and produce no product. Ordered playground set with the same run around excuses for months (color changes, shipping delays, etc) so they can buy time for their scamming scheme. Please stay away unless you want to be hard headed like me and lose out on $3,000 like me. And trust me I don’t write reviews but these people are horrible scammers. Not to mention customer service representatives barely speak English properly. Run while you still can and save yourself the headache. Hence you can’t find any real photos of their play sets on social media all fake photoshop. You probably were looking for a good quality play set like me for a decent price but they are far from it, unfortunately you just have to pay a bit more for a better quality product. Check out Ruff House play sets for a better overall experience and quality.

Commande passée depuis plus d’un mois, compte bancaire débité évidemment et aucune info.
Après 2 messages pour connaître une potentielle expédition du colis silence radio,
Très inquiétant et pas du tout rassurant. Je me demande s’il s’agit d’une arnaque?
Dans le doute je vais signaler le site.

J'ai commandé deux articles en même temps, l'un est arrivé l'autre jamais. Cela fait un mois
Sur le site cela me dit que c'est en route mais sur le lien du transporteur cela me met que ça a été livré.
Très très compliqué de joindre quelqu'un. Après plusieurs adresse mail testé et sans réponse, je demande à faire un retour produit et c'est ainsi que quelqu'un me contacte.
On me dit qu'ils vont se renseigner auprès du transporteur, cependant après plusieurs relances de ma part j'attends toujours une réponse !!!
Je ne sais toujours pas si le produit a été expédié, si il a été perdu ou si il est en rupture de stock. On ne me propose rien comme dédommagement.

I placed my order on July 26th and as of November 5th, I still have not received the playset. I have spoken to customer service multiple times and each time she tells me the same thing. It is in our warehouse and will ship on Monday. I am not convinced that this is even a real company anymore. I feel like I am getting scammed.

Ich kann keinem empfehlen, dort zu bestellen. Zunächst hat sich die angegebene Lieferzeit von „2-3 Woche“ auf ganze 3 Monate verschoben.

Endlich angekommen fehlte das meiste an Schrauben und Winkeln. Ich habe ganze 11 mal mit dem Kundendienst gesprochen und mir wurde zugesichert dass sich um das Problem gekümmert wird. Nach 4 Wochen habe ich eine E-Mail erhalten dass die Schrauben versendet werden. Diese besagte Mail kam vor 2 1/2 Wochen, es sind nach wie vor keine Schrauben angekommen - laut Kundendienst wurden diese aber zugestellt.

In der ganzen Zeit hatten wir allerdings schon selber Schrauben, Winkel, etc. besorgt. Nun habe ich wieder mehrfach mit dem Kundendienst gesprochen und versuche einen Teil meines Geldes wieder zu bekommen…

Wirklich eine reine Katastrophe.

Zeer tevreden van ons klimrek bestelling ging vlot! Onze zoon is er heel blij mee. Past ook mooi in het interieur.

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered a play set August 6th. They sent an email saying it shipped August 31st, but never actually shipped it. Made up excuses and lies for the next 2 months, still never shipped it. Changed color because they said they could ship it immediately, and lied about that again. Now waiting to get a refund 3 months later after being lied to multiple times.

Stay away from them, they have no idea what they are doing.

Dealing with Petit seal has been a disaster from the beginning. Some time ago I ordered something from their website. After three weeks of not a single update nor customer service response regarding order status, I submitted a cancellation request to them (following exactly their guidelines on this). I had by then already called and e-mailed customer service multiple times - via phone the standard reply is that they will take it up with their colleagues and call back, which has never happened. Via email it takes nearly a week to get a response that also isn't helpful.
More than a week after cancelling the order (i.e. more than a month after ordering) I suddenly get a shipping confirmation. So now I have received an order I had already cancelled and can't get a hold of a return label and thus cannot get my money back. It's a scam.

Edit: it’s 2 months later and still no response. Customer service phone lines are disconnected. Pretty sure this company is going under.

Commande le 20 juillet, aucune nouvelle de la commande jusqu’à mi septembre pour le portique a été livré dans notre jardin sans notre autorisation, sans nous avertir, nous étions en vacances donc surprise à notre arrivée, on ne sait pas combien de tps il est resté là. Mais ça ne s’arrête pas là, il manque une quantités de pièces incroyable. J’ai donc contacté le service client qui m’a dit transmettre la liste des pièces à l’entrepôt pour qu’ils nous expédient les pièces manquantes. Après plusieurs mail de relance auxquels j’ai toujours la même réponse apparement pré faite, je suis toujours sans nouvelle de mes pièces, il est actuellement le 24 octobre …
Vais je devoir aller en justice pour que mes enfants ai enfin un portique … à voir

Nous avons passé une commande le 31 mai 2024 et sommes restés sans nouvelles pendant plusieurs semaines… Nous n’avions aucune idee de l’état de préparation, d’envoi, etc…
Nous avons relancé à plusieurs reprises le service client, qui nous a rassuré en nous disant qu’il y avait un peu de retard mais que l’on serait averti dès que le portique serait expédié. Cela a bien été le cas et nous avons fini par le recevoir le 8 août 2024.
C’est un produit d’excellente qualité ! Les différents pièces à assembler sont numérotées, ce qui facilite grandement l’assemblage.

Ho acquistato un peluche il 21/09/24; al 16/10 non ancora consegnato, dopo l'ennesima mail di richiesta info e se avessero o meno disponibile l'oggetto, la risposta è stata: "l'ordine è stato annullato"....mahh..
Mi spiace perchè dal sito vedo che hanno cose interessanti ma la comunicazione e l'organizzazione sono pessimi!!! Confidavo nella precisione Svizzera ma devo dire che mi sbagliavo!! vediamo con il rimborso come si comporteranno...

Commande passée il y à 2 mois, aucun suivi, aucune information, je souhaite être remboursée et n'ai pas de retour. Service DEPLORABLE.

Bestellte, bezahlte Ware wird nicht geliefert! Es wird damit begründet, dass es nicht ausgeliefert wird, solange online eine negative Bewertung steht!

Ohne Löschen der Bewertung wird mir also bezahlte Ware unterschlagen!

Ein Fall für den Konsumentenschutz
