De foto's doen geen recht aan het werkelijke product. Hele rare pasvorm. Denk goed na voor je wat bestelt want de retourkosten zijn ondanks een malheureus product wel voor jou. Ik bestel hier nooit meer. De service is traag en heel bureaucratisch.

Fidèle de chez les fidèles du 32 rue Montmartre, on est toujours très bien conseillée et les attentions des vendeuses sont toujours un vrai plus.

If you plan to order from this company, I'd strongly recommend not subscribing to the newsletter, as it appears to be very difficult to stop the marketing emails once you've signed up.

The email marketing has become incredibly frustrating. I unsubscribed from promotional emails, and the website confirmed that my request had been processed. Despite that, I still receive promotional emails almost every day. I've tried unsubscribing multiple times with no success.

Lieu de livraison changé, c'était moins pratique que celui que j'avais sélectionné au départ. Le colis était un peu endommagé mais pas de souci sur les vêtements qu'il contenait.

Très bon accueil, la vendeuse attentive et de bon conseil , des produits de qualité .

No pongo menos estrellas porque no me dejan.
Pedido realizado el 27 de diciembre, hoy dia 12 no he recibido el pedido,me pongo en contacto con ellos y no me dan solución,dicen que espere.
Exijo reembolso y me dicen que primero tienen que hablar con el transportista y esto puede pasar dias,no me queda otra que hablar con la OCU .
No compréis por favor a esta empresa.

Terrible experiencia, llevo muchos años siendo clienta, antes en tiendas físicas y después fiel a la web, haciendo compras de importes elevados con frecuencia sobre todo en pijamas y ropa interior. Compré dos perfumes de la marca y uno de ellos vino con defecto en el mecanismo del spray, les escribí adjuntando pruebas, se han lavado literalmente las manos, que no puedo devolver un producto que está desprecintado....por Dios! Como voy a comprobar que no funciona si no lo abro!!! cualquier marca de inferior categoría hubiera respondido sin dudar ofreciendo enviar otro o reembolsando previa devolución del defectuoso, esto es Petit Bateau...mi gran decepción después de 15 años siendo clienta...Sres de Petit Bateau, mi relación comercial ya ha terminado con ustedes, esto es incomprensible, nefasta atención al cliente, una decepción. Consejo no compren por la web al menos si hay algún problema se lavan las manos

Pas déballé.
Je désire l'échanger pour un 9 mois.
Ils me refusent l'échange, au motif que je n'ai pas "de bon d'échange cadeau".

This is about the delivery “service” , which is provided by UPS, but as they have chosen that courier they need to take some responsibility for the chaotic nature of the whole experience. UPS have consistently failed to deliver my parcel and their communications are completely unreliable. I was out on 1st delivery attempt. They said they dropped the parcel off at a nearby convenience store, that store is closed down and boarded up, so that’s impossible. I went on the UPS chat line and spoke with an agent and asked for a re delivery tomorrow 25/9/25 which UPS agreed to, as I was out today. However today I got an email saying they delivered today . This is untrue. I also got an email saying it was at the convenience store, which is impossible because it’s closed down. I am going round in circles. It is very frustrating . I paid for Petit Bateau goods and I am simply not getting them.

Gosh. What has gone wrong with this former iconic company? Like others, I have been aware of Petit Bateaus excellent reputation for decades and bought my own children clothes from here 30years ago. Naturally when my first grandchild arrived I wanted to get something 'special' and my thoughts flew immediately to Petit Bateau. Well, what a difference a couple of decades have made. The customer service is not only shockingly sparse, but rude and unhelpful at best. They do not address your issues and give blanket answers instead. I am still waiting for a refund on a return made many weeks ago which 2 weeks ago they say they have refunded but it has not shown up in my account and they pertain it has been done without sending me any evidence if it. I'm at a loss for words with their tone and attitude. Please dont think this is the original Petit Bateau we all knew and loved. There are so many gorgeous and unique hand crafted small companies out there now - give the small guys your support.
