We payed 300£ per person for coming late and was not allowed access
I dont think I ever have tried that horrible service before - we was late due to traffic, was not allowed to eat there the rest of our booked time slot of cause still offering to pay the full amount but we were offered to wait an hour to next time slot or pay cancellation fee = 300 £ per person. As we could not make it for the later time slot (flight schedule) we payed 1200£ for nothing - no we actually had the joy of a long conversation with the very rude phone keeper trying to explain to us that we could not come late because they wanted to ensure their guests got the perfect experience!? What a f….up customer philosophy
