My experience was so unique and fun

My experience was so unique and fun! I sold a book to them, and got to meet them in their new NY, NY branch. First off the books in this location are utterly amazing, I was overwhlemed. This satellite office is in a beautiful area of the city, and it is such a one-of-a-kind place that it really leaves a lasting impression. It was a very memorable transaction and one I will never forget.

Better Than Five Stars

Everything about the experience was great. I loved the website and thought it was very informative. I received a very nice message thanking me for my order after the purchase. The books came in very fast and were wrapped so meticulously that it was almost a shame to have to unwrap them. I’d give more than five stars if I could.

Problem Solved

Although there was a problem during the shipping process, they handled it immediately upon being made aware. They made arrangements to correct the problem at no additional cost to me. My ordered item arrived and was as described. It's a gift and I'm sure the recipient will be thrilled.
