I ordered two pairs of trousers
I ordered two pairs of trousers, each the same size and description, but in different colors.
One pair fit well but the the length was too long;
the second pair was much too tight in the waist, and the length was too long.
I am most disappointed and will hesitate to order any clothing again w/o first trying it on,

Vastaus yritykseltä Peter Christian Gentlemen's Outfitters (US)
Good Morning
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us.
Please accept our apologies to hear about the inconsistency in fit between the two pairs of trousers, we understand how frustrating and disappointing that must be, especially when they were the same size and style.
While slight variations can occasionally occur, the difference you’ve described is not what we would expect, the trousers are designed to be worn on the waist.
We completely understand your hesitation about ordering again without trying items on, and we’re sorry this experience has affected your confidence.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
Kind Regards

All four pairs of 42" pants are too tight.
I bought four pairs of corduroy pants, all the same waist size, a 42", which normally fits just right on other slacks I have worn from companies like French Crown and Wrangler. Three of the pairs were size 42" "stretch" and the fourth pair was just a 42", no stretch.
All of them are too tight. The three stretch pants just close around my waist, not quite comfortable. The non-stretch pants are an inch or two too small and can't be closed at all.
Yes, the fabric is wonderful, yes, the cut of the slacks is great, yes, they were delivered in a timely and professional fashion. But if they're all too small, obviously I can't wear them. The "stretch" versions shouldn't max out at 42", but actually start at 42" and stretch to about 43", I would imagine. The flat 42" is simply cut too small.
I need to exchange all four of these pants.

Good Morning
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us.
Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re very pleased to hear that you were happy with the fabric, cut, and delivery, but we’re sorry that the sizing has not met your expectations across all four pairs.
We understand how frustrating this must be, particularly when ordering the same waist size and finding the fit inconsistent especially with the stretch styles not providing the level of comfort you anticipated.
Of course, we’ll be happy to assist you with exchanging all four pairs for a more suitable size.
We will send you an email to advise how to return the trousers to our returns department.

Got it All Wrong
you sent the wrong color shirt and wrong size slippers. I had to take the time to return the order and ask for a correction .Like most, I am very busy and this was a disapointment and inconvenience. It came in a damaged box. I asked for the 10% discount you advertised and was refused because I was a day late.

Dear Mr Paladino,
We apologise for the disappointment with our service on this occasion and we thank you for your feedback.
We have not received communication from yourself regarding this, however please note that UK and US shoe sizes are different, for example a UK size 7 equates to a US size 8. With regards to the shirt, we apologise that the wrong colour was dispatched and we will be happy to rectify this.
Should you require further information on the return process, you are always more than welcome to contact us on (631) 621-5255.
