Had a great experience with Holly…

Had a great experience with Holly Thompson at the Dogs Database. I adopted my River and needed change of ownership. Straight forward and everyone should be doing this . And what they offer is great 👍. Thanks Holly and I now now my dog is safe.

Helpful even when it was complicated

I was having trouble getting our new family members chip updated, sadly she had 5 homes in under two years and no one ever updated her chip, I knew who I bought her from but those were not the registered details, It took a little time, 3 weeks but eventually it's done and I have peace of mind.
The company responded promptly to my emails and did the leg work, I'm very happy

Best avoid unless your Bill Gates …

This company is very much computer oriented and if you have no computer or computer skills like me then you are severely disadvantaged, the standard answer from customer service is “ it’s on the website “ best to avoid ….

Good communication and easy system

Changed my dogs microchip number and chose the premium bundle which included a smart tag. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong tag which signed me up for an extra monthly subscription. Got in touch with them and they managed to cancel the extra subscription and sort things out for me super quickly. Really good communication and super easy to contact.

Need fo hpdate pet's details

I needed to update my pet's details as it it so mportant that these are accurate. I was unsure how to change some of the details and contacted Pet Database. I very quickly had a replyfrom Holly who sorted it all out for me. Greaf service.
