PetBright Arvostelua

Up to now I have not yet used the service.
To register my second dog was straight forward an easy I did it all over the
phone ☎️ nice people to talk to.

Looks good and is sturdily made. However, when used on the front loop, the harness slips to one side. This is disappointing as I bought this to help deter my mini dachshund from pulling on the lead.

I made two orders and they were delivered out of sequence. As a result I sent back the wrong order. Eventually it all sorted itself out but Petbright were awful.
Worth noting there is no insurance on your return parcel and Petbright clearly think about profits over customer relations.
The best test of a company is how they behave when things go wrong - Petbright failed miserably!

Excellent product, excellent price, excellent service. Highly recommended.

I bought an LED collar which stopped working after 3 days

Very good service -I bought two harnesses because I wasn’t sure which one would fit a new puppy. Sending back the one I didn’t need was easy. Thank you

Pleased with Wilf’s (dogs) flashing collar. Ordering was easy delivery came quickly and very pleased with product which is rechargeable rather than batteries which is just what we were looking for.

excellent product would definitely reccommend

Product seems clumsy and expensive compared to one from pets at home for 1/3of the price,

Our light up collar for our dog is amazing. It's really bright and so far the charge lasts ages. Quick delivery too especially as it was Christmas time when we ordered. Would recommend.

Great product, love the LED collar

Brilliant led collars and their adventure harness has a big enough handle to safely lift the dog. Only very slight issue is collar sizing. I bought the medium in both types of led collars, the plastic clip one fits great. The buckle one is too big even at smallest setting. Might be helpful to note on sizing that they differ quite a bit.

Ordered a dog harness, quick delivery and good quality 👌

Brilliant product. Arrived before date given. Great customer service. Thank You.

Ordered so close to christmas but it came on christmas eve thank goodness. It seems good quality and the dog is now clearly visible at night. Very pleased with it thank you.

Fab product, excellent service and speedy delivery. Thank you 🙂

Excellent service, harness is well made, strong and supportive, it fits well and looks good on. My dog still pulls on the lead but that is more down to my dog than the harness. I wouldn’t hesitate but to recommend.

I bought two harnesses for my baby rottweilers and they broke within days of delivery. I contacted petbright and they replaced the harnesses. The replacement harnesses have since broke and FRANCIS at petbright customer suppory refuses to replace them. Basically the harnesses are not fit for their intended purpose. I would not recommended petbrights harnesses to anyone. I am very unhappy

The collar worked for 7 days and has since stopped charging.
