Left out in the rain

Left out in the rain. Package was on a Patio chair which could have been slid under the table to keep dry. No thought

Hi Mr Johnson,

I am very sorry to hear that your parcel was left in the rain.

Unfortunately we do not handle the delivery process ourselves, so situations like this are out of our control.

We will however raise it with Royal Mail.

Thanks, PB

Fantastic bright dog collar

Fantastic bright dog collar - so easy for us to spot our Doodle when he wanders off somewhere for a sniff, great for our peace of mind. It's so bright we just have the collar lights on static - he's only a puppy and can't quite work out where the flashing lights are coming from, but he doesn't even notice the static lights. Great product, thanks.

Hi Nicholas,

I am sorry to hear about your issue with one of our products.

Unfortunately due to it having been almost a year since the original order, we are unable to determine the cause of the battery issue and as such unable to offer a refund in line with our policy.

Thanks, PB

Great light

Great light - few nights in using and haven’t needed to charge again, bright light and 3 settings - have bought cheaper versions - so far this great - would recommend!
