Petal & Pup Arvostelua

The customer experience of this company is outstanding, they were SO lovely and happy to help. They also responded super quickly so everything was a breeze. Will definitely be a returning customer :)

Although I needed to return my item the customer service was brilliant. My issue was responded to quickly. I would definitely buy from here again. Thank you!

An outstanding online shop when it comes to Customer Service. Although the dress was pretty, it was unfortunately too small for me. Elizabeth, in Customer Service was exceptional and very helpful and efficient. I received my parcel within a couple of days. My refund was organised quickly back into my account. I would highly recommend this site as it offers a wide range of clothing suitable for all ages.

Wow ! This online shop is seriously amazing, it’s not even about the clothes for me but the customer service and assistance to make my purchase seamless was outstanding . Their customer service really takes the cake for online retail stores. Huge thank you to beautiful Indi for all her help & support . I’ll continue to be shopping online with petal and pup in the future!!

Customer service is top notch! Unfortunately there was a fault with one of my items I ordered, the team were quick, efficient and incredibly helpful at resolving this for me!

The customer service was extremely quick to respond, and to resolve my issue. All who helped me were very nice and responsive!

This was my first purchase from Petal & Pup and was a last minute decision - I ordered at 2pm and reached out to customer service for some help and I had my parcel on my doorstep less than 24 hours later - Brisbane to Adelaide. Outstanding customer service. So many great compliments on the dress I purchased too.

Extremely helpful & fast to respond. Got back to me within minutes of reaching out and provided all the information that I requested. Very nice and polite, overall a pleasure to deal with! I love shopping with Petal & Pup as I know that if something were to go wrong, they are always there to assist and happy to provide quick & great service :)

I receive a faulty item and the issue was resolved so quickly and easily. Ella was an absolute gem to communicate with.

5 stars- I recently purchased 2 items that did not quite fit and staff kindly offered me a refund despite not being part of their regular returns policy. Amazing customer service!!

So impressed with Petal & Pup! The quality of the clothing is excellent, high quality materials that feel and look great! Customer service is phenomenal, with quick response times and great outcomes. Really helpful! Thank you for making my day Petal and Pup and for the beautiful clothes. Will absolutely buy again! Highly recommend

Marshanna and all the team at Petal & Pup are amazing. Prompt reply when emailing queries or DM on Instagram. Their customer service is always on point and I cannot fault their service! They always go the extra mile, especially when I’m purchasing between sites AUS & US.
Thanks everyone. Have a safe and happy Christmas.

Amazing customer service! Although I wasn't happy with the product purchased, it was a nice outfit but smallest size was too big, all the ladies that I spoke with were beyond excellent and extremely helpful with arranging a return and refund. They all took time to explain things clearly and provide me with the best outcome possible in a very timely manner! All a pleasure to deal with :)

Have purchased multiple dresses from them on multiple occasions with no issues what so ever!

Most recently, one of the dresses I purchased did not fit, however, the customer service team was absolutely amazing and helped me every step of the way during my return (such an easy process btw).

Couldn’t recommend this brand more!

I was concerned that my shipping hadn’t updated for a number of days for an item I needed for an upcoming event. I contacted the team through the chat function on the site and asked for response through email.

Within an hour of placing my query, I was contacted by the lovely Ella who gave me an update on my parcel and an approximate arrival date (thankfully before my event).

Ella was knowledgeable, polite, and speedy with her response, reliving some of my stress and making the experience of buying from Petal & Pup delightful.

Thanks for being a wonderful human Ella, keep up the good work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I wrote in to P&P's customer service to see about a size recommendation since I was not sure which size would fit me best. They wrote back super quick with very helpful information and answered my many questions! I'm now eagerly awaiting my dress and can't wait to wear it! :)

Thank you for organising from your end ….much appreciated !!
As I have worked in customer service for many years….understandably I pick up on both good and bad customer service

Initially I was getting very frustrated but you’ve turned the situation around completely with a ‘Can do attitude’ please forward my thanks onto your superior for giving exemplary service to me…if you are the supervisor ….you are a good example to your employees!!!

Returns process was super easy. Ordered, received, sent back, received, re-ordered & received all in a matter of 3 business days! Unbelievable!

My dress is so dam cute too! Bring on the races this weekend

I had ordered a dress that was supposed to arrive prior to an occasion I need it for. After receiving the shipping information, I realized that I would not receive the dress in time. I quickly ordered another dress (with express shipping), and emailed Petal and Pup to see if I could get a refund on the original shipping. Natalie was truly so kind responded promptly to my email. Her wonderful customer service is why I will continue to shop at Petal and Pup in the future! Thank you to Natalie for your kindness, and great customer service!

First of all, Petal & Pup has a super user-friendly website for all of your online shopping needs or even just for browsing! I could spend hours looking through all of the beautiful clothing they have to offer and in fact, I have! I ordered the Lucas Dress and it's safe to say I wasn't disappointed. It is the most beautiful and flattering dress I have ever owned and I am obsessed. The quality, sizing and material were all perfect and I am so pleased! Not to mention, they have the speediest delivery. I ordered my dress on a Sunday and 2 days later it was at my door! Petal & Pup is absolutely amazing, I will be back! 🥰
