Petal & Pup Arvostelua 

This was one of the best customer service departments I've dealt with. My dress went missing in shipping (not their fault) and they overnighted me another dress and credited me for the original (and credited me for the overnight shipping fee). They were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. And the dress is beautiful! I'd definitely shop here again.

Overall love petal & pup for the piece and designs, but very disappointed in fabric choices and quality. I filtered fabric for Cotton, ordered a few tops and noticed when they arrived that all had 100% polyester lining… I definitely should have checked fabric composition before ordering, but still disappointed. Majority of Australian brands are getting outstanding at caring about fabric. Feather & noise have majority of their shirts and tops 100% cotton without any polyester lining. Feel like most companies are moving in the right direction, so was disappointed with Petal & pup.

Very helpful and fast

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. Not only was the quality of the product far below what I expected, but the return process is unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.

I was given the choice of paying an additional $10 to return the product and receive my money back, or accepting a gift card for products I was already unhappy with. I chose to pay the $10 simply because I wanted my money back rather than store credit.

It has now been 12 days since the company received my return, and I still have not received my refund. I was just told that it could take another 10 days before I receive my money. That is an unreasonable amount of time to wait for a refund after the company has already received the returned merchandise.

The entire experience has been frustrating from beginning to end. Between the poor product quality, the $10 return fee, and now an extended wait for my refund, I have absolutely no reason to order from this company again.

I will never order from this company again, and I’m sharing my experience so other customers know what they may be dealing with before making a purchase.

If I could give zero stars I would, customer service is awful and will not return your money and will keep your item. They took 100$ from me and are refusing to return the dress (as I had returned it for refund) or provide a refund when I never wore the dress as it did not fit and was returned promptly with in the time frame! Do not buy from them!

I placed an express order for two dresses and went with the brand size recommendation which was consistent with my normal size in this brand. However, when the dresses came, they were too small. I ordered the next size express shipping because I needed them for that weekend. At that point, the discount code was no longer valid. Customer service was prompt, kind, and refunded me for the original express shipping and applied the discount to the second order.

Very poor service with slow reply times. Been trying to return item for 2 months and after much discussion, only just got a refund. Will not use again.

Very disappointed with my experience. I paid an additional $29 for next-day shipping, but several days have passed and my order has not even shipped. I contacted customer service for an update and still have not received a response. If next day delivery cannot be honored, that shipping option should not be offered or at the very least, the expedited shipping fee should be refunded. The lack of communication has made the situation even more frustrating.

Petal & Pup went above & beyond! When I made an exchange, which was very easy, I messaged them concerned I would not receive my dress in time for a wedding. They answered me back the same day & said they are overnighting my dress! Thank you P & P!! 🌷

Paid $30 for overnight before 10 am cutoff, website says to expect by 4:30 pm the next day. It’s the next day, and it hasn’t even been shipped! They printed the label and never dropped off at UPS. No phone number to contact, they don’t respond to emails or social media. What a joke.

Order with expedited shipping to Canada on Sept 3rd we are now at Sept 9 and nothing has shipped. Sent 3 emails no response no communication. Absolutely pathetic, prices are not reflected of the service provided. First experience and will Absolutely be my last. Never recommending not worth it, after reading the reviews not even worth returning as that seems like an even bigger nightmare. Do better, not impressed...

if i could, i will give them a zero star. i returned one item due to fitting issue and they said that they refunded my partial money on my bank card, however, i checked my bank account and the money never got credited on my bank account. I asked them why the money not got credited on my account and they told me to talk to the "shop" website. "shop" website told me that the refund comes from the vendor and not from the "shop" people. so, in a nutshell petal and pup just stole my money.

I purchased a dress for a wedding, it arrived with 3 business days on standard post. The dress was too big and Mia from customer care went above and beyond to explain the exchange process, assisted me with return labels when my address would not correctly work. I had realised once I returned that due to time frames I would need to repurchase the dress to ensure that availability and timing would link up. Mia was there again ensuring me every step of the way of what P&P could do. She waived my return fee and made it so seamless. Mia made me feel listened to and cared about. The dress even though it was too big and a miscalculation on my part was every bit as described. Quality was 110% and the material was stunning. I have always loved Petal & Pup. But thanks to Mia, I will happily be returning as a customer every time I need something in my wardrobe.

I was truly amazed and taken back with happiness and joy because Tina from Petal and Pup USA went above and beyond her job to help me obtain the very last top that was available! This help from Tina made my life a lot better after a solution from her to help me immensely! I’ve been a customer of Petal and Pup for almost 1 year and I really love all their products and the sales that they provide all the time helps me save some money every month, so far I have replaced all of my clothing with this reputable company. I now have 3 large closets full of Petal and Pup clothing and items! The staff there are all very wonderful as well as Tina. Thank you Tina for making my life easier and brighter!

Same day delivery, I was able to do a return on an item simply online. I had a faulty zipper and contacted customer service, Ella responded the next day offering a full refund and made the process an absolute dream. Great Customer service is hard to find these days but P&P knocked it out of the park. Thanks again Ella! Appreciate your kindness and help so much!!🌸

Pant sizes are not always true to size. First pair I ordered were great. Second pair was 2 sizes too small. I won't be using again. I had problem with using the return procedure which added to the stress. No one answers the phone as well.

I returned 3 dresses that were the wrong size/didn't fit right using the return label Petal and Pup sent me. I received an email saying they received them, they would assess the condition, then process a store credit.
This was December 2025. I have sent numerous emails with no response since that last email. It is now June and I am still waiting for my $257 store credit.

Clear and quick communication. Friendly! Will 💯 purchase with P&P again x

The customer service at Petal and Pup is outstanding. Not only do they have an amazing selection of dresses, they go above and beyond to make sure your experience is great - they respond right away to any concerns and resolve them promptly going above and beyond. I have a birthday trip planned on the weekend and I purchased dresses for the trip but I accidentally chose standard shipping. I emailed them that night and they responded the next day already upgrading my shipping and making sure I received my dresses on time.
