Paulina the Pestology Service lady attended the appointment at my property on time. The moment She appeared at the front door, she looked very professional with all her tools ready for work.

She worked very hard finding any exposed holes and gaps to combat the situation. She made a special point and noticed, under my front door is gappy. She repaired the gap. The gap no longer visible. It makes me feel so much better, not seeing the bright light under the front door.

The way Paulina works, she works to very high standard. The quality of her work clearly shines through. She makes sure her job is well done, from the start to finish.
Very please with the passion, she adds to her work.

I was impressed with the prompt service. The technician Paulina who attended my property to resolve a rodent issue was professional, polite and efficient. She arrived on time, listened to my issue, found the exact entry point and treated the area safely. In addition, she returned all my items and kick boards back in place, leaving everything neat and tidy. I was delighted with her work and the service.

Marcin spent four days proofing our loft in stifling heat and did all he could to accommodate any additions asked for, as well as keeping us informed and updated.

The work seems thoroughly done with professional tools and mesh that will hold up against persistent rats. We now have to wait until winter to see if everything holds, but for Marcin's work, he did all we could have asked for.

Recently we started having major issues with mice and it was getting out of hand. Pestology from Brentford were called in and they spent two days. Arek was the pest technician. Wonderful guy with a warm smile and a hearty laugh. He spent two days (hottest days of the year so far) closing all entry points and explaining every step. I hope that this will solve the problem.

I called this company out as I constantly heard scratching noises from my attic..
I paid £180 for a man to come out for 15min to say he could not find any trace of rodent activity! I said so what is this noise? Possibly squirrels or birds his reply! He left saying if you wanted gaps filling a quote will follow…. it will cost over £4000 with new insulation fitted and gaps filled in,I was shocked at the price!

Still I could hear noises at night so I called a family member to double check for me and afew nights later boom! A mouse was caught and another on camera
and he said their is so much droppings in there I can’t understand what this man was doing as it’s everywhere!
So don’t waste your money is my advise and thank you for nothing! No solution and definitely not value for money!

Piotr and Marek worked very hard in proofing the outside of the house and in sorting out the drainage issues.
They done a lot of work in one day and

Rajbir was so understanding and kept us informed every step of the way. He did a brilliant job sealing entry points on the ground floor and was incredibly respectful of our home. In urban areas rodents are a fact of life. Don’t waste money on the amateurs. Pestology mix science, engineering and studied animal behaviour to come up with a long-term outcome of riddance. Absolute top class service! Special thanks to Gully, Mike and Daniel.

Arek did a great job internally rodent proofing our old house. He was really thorough in identifying every gap and hole he could and was a very easy and nice person to have in the house all day. Also had external proofing and a survey, similarly really nice and competent people. They are clearly really committed to resolving these problems for the long term.

Pestology has just completed reproofing our loft It took several days working around the Christmas and New Year holidays but very pleased with the result. Loft was totally cleared, cleaned, sanitized then proofed before new insulation installed. Marcin was the mainstay working long days. He was reliable, friendly and conscientious. He explained what he was doing each day. All rubbish was removed and collected.

Paulina was very good at her job and she made sure she was communicating and explaining the problem to me the whole time. She was also very helpful.

Marek did a great job today, he was timely, polite, knowledgeable and tidy. He came to inspect and maintain the life-changing and effective valve Pestology had installed in our manhole to get rid of rats for ever - rats appeared suddenly in our walls, ceilings and under the floorboards in 2020. We are a much happier household since Pestology sorted this problem for us half a decade before and continue to look after us to ensure we continue to be rat-free.
