Terrible
I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The trip itself was good and enjoyable, but honestly, it was nothing extraordinary or particularly memorable.
What really upset us, however, was what happened afterward. We accidentally left a bag behind the seats on the bus containing several souvenirs and gifts, including a stuffed toy that was meant for a child who was eagerly waiting for it, as well as gifts for our family.
What disappointed me the most was the apparent lack of consideration and professionalism in dealing with the situation. I don’t know whether the issue is with Ana, the representative, or with the company itself, but Ana stopped responding to my messages, and we have received no meaningful assistance in recovering our belongings.
We understand that forgetting the bag was our mistake. However, once it was found or reported, we expected at least some effort, communication, or willingness to help us recover it. Instead, we felt completely ignored, perhaps because our trip was already ending and they knew they would likely never see us again.
This left my family and me extremely disappointed and upset, especially because some of those gifts had sentimental value and were intended for people waiting for us back home.
Would I recommend this experience or company after what happened? Unfortunately, no. The trip itself was fine, but the way this situation was handled completely changed our impression of the experience.

Hi William,
We’re very sorry that you were unable to recover your bag, especially as it contained meaningful gifts.
We also reached out to you privately but unfortunately didn’t hear back. In the meantime, Ana checked with the driver, and our team continued looking into the matter through our Lost & Found process, including checking with our bus operator, reviewing available camera footage, and following up on the bus cleaning process.
Unfortunately, despite these efforts, we were unable to locate the bag. We’re genuinely sorry we couldn’t recover your belongings and understand how disappointing this must have been.
Warm regards,
Peru Hop
Excellent tour
Excellent tour! Franklin, our guide, is amazing. He ensured the coordination is done well. We had so much fun.only exception is the transport to and from the Nazco lines. It was warm and uncomfortable. Otherwise All good.

The perfect way to travel…
Pere Hop was the perfect way to travel around the country. Very easy to arrange everything trough the app. Very clear communication. The guides were unbelievable. Roberto was exceptional. He was very friendly and enthusiastic, gave us clear explanations, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout the trip. Our guide, Mr. Johan, even arranged a last-minute adjustment that made our stay even better. In short, it was a fantastic experience.

De Peru Hop is very efficient for the Time Shedule and compares many of Trips in a short Time. There are many Informations during the journey and connect with whatsapp. Only 1 Time it wasnt clear what is exactly the Programm of the day. and it wasnt clear which time we can take the breakfast. No Information that we had to organize yourself. The hop Host or Leader is all the time helpful and present to give answers. Full Information if History and the Landscape/ Rules.

A great trip with Peru and Bolivia Hop.
We really enjoyed our time with Peru Hop. It was very well managed, the app worked great, the guides were fun and they partnered with many small businesses so it felt great to be supporting local small businesses along the way. The communication through what’s app was wonderful as we worked through some trip logistics. We really loved being able to stay at a location for many days and having the flexibility to do whatever my family wanted. We traveled with Peru and Bolivia hop for over 5 weeks. Thanks for the great service. The USB chargers and WiFi on the bus helped make everything seamless!
