Took a while to get to me but was well worth it !

A big disappointment! I sent an imagine of someone with their dog as a birthday gift for that person and when the parcel arrived and I opened it, the cardboard cut-out was only of the dog even though I never specified that I wanted that! Very frustrated as it was a birthday present and wasn’t what I asked for! Wouldn’t use again

Totally ignored my request to remove white part of the image. Zero communication, no order updates. Took a full week longer than originally said to arrive, again with no communication. They wrote my postcode down wrong on the parcel, only reason it got to me was because the driver was extremely familiar with the area and knew it wasn’t correct. Cutout print fraying away from cardboard backing before me even taking it out of package. The fold bend on the cutout shows white patches when displaying it. Looks like someone cut it out with a craft knife in a hurry. Came damaged and crumpled in package. For 50 quid could have made 10 of this quality myself. Only communication received was one email, on the day the item arrived, saying there was a delay with the order. For this price you can definitely find a high quality cutout maker elsewhere. Do not recommend.

Over the moon with the service received and the quality. I asked a tall order also for a fairly quick turn around and it arrived on time. Happily use this company again.

At first, I didn't hear anything from them for about two weeks, however, when I received an automated email from them asking me to make a review here, I emailed them about the situation. The next day I received an email back from them with an update of my order. The next day after that the cutout finally came.

The cut out is pretty decent. The print is pretty clear. I got a cut out of an anime/cartoon character so the outline shape was pretty complex. Thankfully actual cut out itself is really good.

The stand to pretty barebones but it does the job. Its just two pieces of string with plastic ends and you push it them through some hole in the cardboard.

The downside to it that in some areas, the other side the cardboard is paled off a bit around some thin areas like the finger and hair. However, it isn't really noticeable unless you're close up to it.

Overall it's pretty decent, the 2 weeks of silence was a bit weird until I emailed them. I'm pretty happy with it.

Top banana!! looks great, only problem I had was it did not arrive on within the 5-7 days however the company sent out a replacement which arrived the following day. Fantastic customer service. Highly reccommended

Poor quality card used . Finish looked unprofessional and a primary school child could have done a better job. Not worth the money and would not use these people again

Placed an order over two weeks ago with promised pre Christmas delivery, nothing arrived, I have sent three emails asking for a refund and not even have an acknowledgement.
Terrible service, or lack of!

All of the prices are very fair for the cardboard cut outs themselves however the shipping fee is way too much. I paid £20 for a mini cut out which rose to £30 after the shipping fee was added.

Fast service and product of a good quality for the price! Have used twice now and service has never been anything but fantastic.
