***SCAM**** ordered a cutout ahead of a wedding that I couldn't attend. The site states delivery within 10 days but what you don't realise is it's not a proper business and the number is a fake so there isn't anyone to get hold of to follow up. It hasn't arrived and I'm down a lot of money. AVOID this company. I think (as a lot of the individuals have said below) that the positive reviews are fake. Will be reporting to the ombudsman.

First and foremost I got excellent customer service from Emily from Celebrity Cutouts! She responded to me so quickly AND I received my Cutout of my lovely niece DEVERY JACOBS in a matter of days from the U. K.!!!! I was extremely satisfied with my product and paying for it was very easy & FAST! Through PAYPAL!!! I and still very happy I will cherish my Cutout forever!!!🥰

I ordered a couple months ago and received an order confirmation code and have contacted the company multiple times over the last couple months with no response my order still has not came

This lady isn't a scammer, the delivery times are over ambitious so allow plenty of time for delivery. The product itself is decent and competitive pricing, they just seem to be overwhelmed by the work they have coming in. My daughter loved the cut out of her favourite cartoon character, many thanks

Awful. Complete scammers. I placed my order, received an order confirmation but the product never arrived. I emailed them countless times but get an auto-response "Inbox is too full" which doesn't fill me with confidence. I tried calling them every other day for 2 weeks and there was no answer. Avoid this company, don't waste your time or money like I did.

Complete scammers - these reviews are fake. I ordered back in October for my best friends hen party and it’s now the end of November and I haven’t received anything. I’ve tried to get in touch with them via email/phone/Instagram and nothing. Do not order it’s a waste of money

I contacted this company for a cardboard cut out of my late parents for a surprise for my sisters 40th birthday party, the communication was fantastic, it was delivered on time and packed very well. The cut out it self was even better than I imagined. So pleased! I would highly recommend them. Everyone at the party commented on how great it was.

Wanted a cutout if my friends in tuxedo for my wedding. Trish was vey helpful finding me a pic and they photoshopped their faces on it. The cutouts went down a storm. Definitely buy again.

SCAMMERS!!!!!! Do not order from them! I ordered 11 days in advance and sent an email asking a question, but never received a reply to that or any other correspondence. A day before it should have been dispatched, I called them and someone answered and said they were driving in traffic and would call me back with an update ASAP and hung up. I waited for a call back, which never came, and when I tried to call them again, I got the "people not available" message (even when I tried to call from different numbers). I am out 60 quid with these disgraceful scammers and more than that, I missed the chance to give my best friend a surprise/prank at her wedding that I had to miss due to covid.

My order did not arrive, even though it was made well in advance - the member of staff lied over the phone the day before the expected delivery date, stating that the goods had been dispatched. However, it was revealed on the delivery date (when I called again to ask where the delivery was) - that it had never been shipped in the first place. After that, it was near on impossible to get through on the phone. When I was finally able to get through on the phone almost a week later, I asked for a refund. I was told it could not be processed yet and had to wait for approval and that they would call me back, which they didn't.
Eventually I was told I could have the refund, but no money was returned to me. In the end I had to get the refund through PayPal because this company wouldn't return the funds. The only reason I was able to get a refund was through PayPal disputes... so don't waste your money. This company will take your money, not deliver the goods and then unless you're protected by your payment method (i.e. paypal or credit card) - you won't get your money back. I made my order early June, and have only had the money back in my account this week - just to give an idea of the hassle and delay due to their bad service. Also had a party ruined as the cardboard cut off was not delivered as promised.

Absolutely appalling company.....DO NOT TRUST !!

We ordered our cutout 3 weeks early to make sure it would arrive in time (we are UK based). The cutout did not arrive on time and the customer service was poor when chasing up our order.
Great quality when it finally arrived, it was just such a shame that it was late.

The job done was up to standards and we are very happy with the outcome of the cutouts. Thanks
