Tried sorting a refund out took 3 months to get it worst company I’ve dealt with in terms of customer service be left on hold for 20-30 mins at a time highly do not recommend this company for work place pensions/hospital plans

Una porqueria les mande email para cancelar y dejar de quitar dinero a mi marido me digeron que esta cancelado y que les mande la cuenta bancaria para devolverle el dinero y en lugar de esto me contesta tu cuenta esta activada entra en el enlase del portal como se lleama esto ? estafadores mentirosos no quiere pagar algo que no va a usar sigue quitando dinero a mi marido y no hay forma de pararlos.Estamos cansados de que no se aregle y que lo dejen en paz
