Lauren has been at our Northampton…

Lauren has been at our Northampton depot for the past 3 days. She has been extremely helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable about all cash plans and my bundle benefits. We would welcome her back anytime.

Fantastic service

Ive been help out for the second time this week by Jamie Allen. He has gone out of his way to make sure I understand the processes of how to make a claim. I was diagnosed with lung cancer and had been stalling on make a claim as I wasn't sure how to proceed. Jamie not only showed me how to do it but did the first 6 in front of me to help me.

I have spoken today with a representative from personal group and the gentleman was very helpful towards me his name is Musa and he was very helpful towards me and explained to me everything i was to know and very experienced in his job thanks you for your help

I have held this policy for years now…

I have held this policy for years now and have made several claims. Staff are polite,very helpful and always willing to help where you need help. They make everything easy to understand . Very professional , l would recommend them a million times .Najat spoke with me with a calm voice, explained to me what to do in case l get off sick days and gave me time to ask questions if l had any questions about my claim

Direct debit

I had 2 direct debits come out randomly in September for the first time ever when I have never claimed nor gave permission to set up a direct debit before. with no help whatsoever just ignoring my emails

I was helped today by Musa who was amazing and helped me very quickly by listening to what i needed and not going off topic even rang through to another department for me instead of giving me the run around exellent service 10 out of 10
