Occhiali persol modello 3271, dopo averli usati si e no una ventina di giorni, ho gia le parti cromate che sono nere, le bacchette che sono molli. Purtroppo mi si è rotta una lente per colpa mia. Chiedo al supporto telefonico quanto costa cambiarla, ma mi girano al supporto via mail. Dopo 10 giorni mi scrivono che non possono cambiarla perchè non è in garanzia: ma chi glielo ha chiesto! Io volevo solo sapere quanto costa una lente! Tempo sprecato! Dovrò andare da un ottico che mi farà la cresta per un occhiale che non li vale. Mi sono preso la soddisfazione di schiacciarli sotto i piedi e buttati! A mai più! Il problema comunque è Luxottica che ormai ha il 99% degli occhiali venduti. Senza concorrenza fa quello che vuole.
Italian Craftsmanship
I can’t comment on customer service but I can comment on my second pair of Persol sunglasses ( 3201-S). I happened to be travelling back from Verona and bought them at the airport. Being half Italian I love the style and craftsmanship of many iconic Italian products. Although Persol are no longer independent, they fit into that group of products that have a worldwide reputation for excellence. Beautifully constructed from top quality materials these glasses scream quality and style in equal measure.if my original pair are anything to go by, at 10 years use, I can look forward to many more years of eye comfort

The 3 week’s investigation is finally…
The 3 week’s investigation is finally over. What now? I was told an email was sent 3/26 to me with the details. Not surprisingly I never got it. So I called ‘customer service’. They said they will ask for it to be resent. I asked can’t you just read it to me? No he said because it was sent from their Luxottica hdqtrs in Italy. Ok. That was weird. I asked for an email for their hqtrs but they don’t have it. Again, I just have to wait. Customer Service?? Should be called Customer be Damned. I have never in my life had such disrespect as a customer. I paid 575 over a month ago and all I have received is aggravation.
If you love Persol glasses as I do, please do not ever buy directly from Persol. It only works if everything goes smoothly. If there is an issue (like never receiving the package) you will enter the Twilight Zone of customer service.

Completed an order nearly a week ago uploaded prescription then they asked again so was uploaded again and still not showing after two days .. clearly a total sham and con they can’t deliver what you pay for despite charging the earth of the glasses ..

Persol Sunglasses
Persol Sunglasses: Zero stars was not an option, otherwise I would have chosen. Trying to get a refund for sunglasses that didn't fit. Waiting 32-days from the date they received the returned sunglasses. My weekly inquiry to Persol regarding my refund is very consistent; wait on hold for 20-minutes with the same outcome; we will process your return in 3 to 5 business days. This is so messed-up. Persol; never again.
Two cancelled orders in a row don’t bother
Placed an order 1/17, on 1/23 they cancel it, refund on credit card takes another week. They say not in stock. Placed another order 1/30, on 2/6 they cancel and say not in stock, waiting on refund. Both frames are still listed on website.
Joke of a company, if you call they cannot tell you if something is in stock. They say out of stock items are removed from website within 48hours. As of today 2/13 both frames are still on website. If you order prepare to be frustrated.

I would rate 0 if I could. I had horrible experience with the Persol website and am looking into a class action lawsuit. If you have had a bad experience with their customer service which directly impacts your ability to secure a refund, post your experience here. I’ll follow up with additional information once I finish meeting with attorneys. Persol USA has very deep pockets and maybe this class action will wake them up.

Ho contattato due volte l'assistenza clienti, la prima per informazioni su un prodotto e la seconda per un codice sconto non funzionante. Nel primo caso mi hanno detto di aver inoltrato la richiesta al reparto competente e poi più nulla, nel secondo mi hanno chiesto il codice e poi spariti di nuovo. Inizio non incoraggiante.
Worst customer service
Worst customer service. I had higher expectations considering the cost of the products. The only way to communicate with customer service in Australia is via email. Very frustrating when their response does not address the actual issue and I have to wait 24 hours before they respond again. After receiving a faulty pair of sunglasses I need to send them back at my cost before they will refund or replace. No dealers in Australia either. Very disappointing.

Ik moet eerlijk bekennen dat ik de reviews op Trustpilot pas heb gelezen en gecheckt NADAT ik een bestelling had geplaatst.
Doordat het natuurlijk gewoon de webshop van de fabrikant is ben ik er klakkeloos vanuit gegaan dat het wel in orde was maar na het lezen van de reviews had ik er toch een slechter gevoel over.
Daarom dan ook deze review.
Ik had mijn bestelling tijdens de Black Friday week geplaatst op donderdag 24/11
Vrijdag 25/11 kwam de verzendbevestiging en op maandag 27/11 is de zonnebril bezorgd door UPS.
Helaas bleek deze te krap dus daarom wilde ik hem retourneren.
Gelijk een retourlabel geprobeerd aan te maken via de site wat helaas niet lukte (knop om verder te gaan deed het niet).
Daarop via de helpdesk een support vraag gedaan waarop ik op dinsdagochtend al een mailtje had met een retourlabel in de bijlage.
Die middag heb ik de bril ingeleverd bij een UPS punt: dit was dus op 28/11
Op basis van de reviews had ik mij voorbereid op een moeizaam retourproces dat misschien wel 2 a 3 weken minimaal zou duren (incl retourneren en verwerking etc geeft Persol ook wel in totaal ongeveer 20 dagen aan als termijn)
Ik ben echter positief verrast dat ik zojuist (op 30/11) al bericht kreeg dat de retour is verwerkt en dat ook de betaling al retour is gestort (ook een mail van PayPal kwam vlak daarna met een bevestiging van de retour storting)
Ondanks dat de bril dus helaas te smal was en ik deze helaas moest retourneren ben ik wel erg tevreden over de snelheid en service van Persol. Zeker tijdens zo'n drukke Black Friday periode vind ik een compliment dan ook wel op zijn plaats.

Stop and think before considering to order from persol . I wish I had read the reviews before I made the mistake.
As someone who does about 90% of their shopping online this was by far the worst customer experience I have ever had.
I ordered a few different styles in hope of selecting the right pair for me. Almost 6 weeks had passed and still no sign of my order, after some chasing it was confirmed lost. By then I was no longer interested in owning a pair so I requested a refund and received an email refund conformation, Great!..Not really, they changed their mind and sent me replacement instead which I specifically said I did not want obviously because its more cost effective for them to replace than is to issue a refund.
After receiving the unwanted replacement I had a look at the sunglasses and was shocked by the quality further solidify not wanting a pair.
The customer service is just as awful the quality. They refused to issue my refund for the lost package even though I have email proof that it was processed and they also refused to take back the unwanted replacement.
I have had to make numerous phone calls and every time I was wrongly informed about when I would hear back, some would say by the end of the day, 5 minutes or 24 hours but end result was always nothing, I had to chase. Every time you email it will be a different person responding as they only have one generic customer service email.
I have had no option but to escalate the matter and seek professional help to resolve the issue.

Excell.ent service on two occassions
Several years ago I ordered four frames from Persol ,kept one and sent three back. As I needed new specs I tried to order some frames but had difficulty with the web site. I asked both my daughters for help. Neither of them could order the frames but they said given the bad reviews I shouldn’t use Persol. I overcame the IT issues and ordered three frames. These were received two days later. Unfortunately none of the frames were suitable, so I returned them all.I received my refund three days later. Whilst I was dissapointed that none of the frames suited, the service was excellent
Quality of the product is awful
Quality of the product is awful, after less than two months use (and keeping them in the case when not wearing) the hinges had loosened and they would not sit on my face correctly. The nose bridge is way too wide and so they slide down my face persistently which is really annoying.
I've had sunglasses that cost less than £10 that last longer than these (obviously with less superior lenses but these are useless if you can't even wear them!)
Customer service is unhelpful and unwilling to assist claiming that it is my fault the hinges are not as tight.
Personally would not buy from Persol again :-(
