Homeowners use it to figure out whether a project needs a permit, what it might cost, and how long approval could take, all before picking up a phone or driving to city hall. The paid side is a site plans service. For projects that need drawings as part of a permit application, customers can order property drawings starting at $89. Three tiers cover most residential needs, with revisions included and turnaround measured in days rather than weeks. The goal is simple. Take the confusion out of residential permits so homeowners can spend less time chasing paperwork and more time building. Honest information first, paid services only where they genuinely help.

I was skeptical at first

I was skeptical at first, and I read the reviews, but reviews can be generated. What really got my attention and the trust to proceed with this process ,
was the website layout. I was pretty impressed with so many details. I jumped in with both feet and it turned out to be a very professional and knowledgeable experience. I worked with Todd from start to finish and my work up for my permit was a bit of a headache, at least for me, and that is what made this part so much easier. Todd was very personable and optimistic about the out come.We will not hesitate to use their services in the future. Once they had all the information, the plan they worked up was in my hand two days later. Don't hesitate to use their services.

Fast delivery

I recently used PermitsGuide.com to draft a site plan for a 330 sq ft shed project at my property and the overall experience was excellent.

Permits guide provided a detailed as built survey for a fraction of the cost other surveyors wanted. Communication was great and they made sure I was satisfied.
