Alex is amazing, we worked with him to make us an item. He was very quick and helpful. He was on top of everything and very clever when we sent the AutoCAD. He immediately understood the drawing.
Worked with Alex on a complex design over several months. The initial concept translation was fast and almost perfect on the first pass — he understood the vision immediately and delivered a baseline that needed very little correction.
The refinement phase took more revisions than I expected, but that's honestly on me. I'm extremely particular about surface transitions, fillet radii, and edge treatments, and those are hard to communicate without exact dimensions. Alex was patient through all of it, stayed responsive, and proactively flagged when something wasn't going to work geometrically rather than just forcing it.
The final product exceeded my expectations. Genuinely excellent mechanical engineering work. Would absolutely work with X-Pro again.
