Ordered in May 2020. I was told there was delays due to Covid and I would receive my order soon. Its now December 2024 and I’m still waiting on my order 👍🏻considering how long I’ve waited, these must be really good!

Called to change appointment dates due to unforeseen circumstances and the receptionist Elouise was cold and short when it came to rearranging. Refused to allow us to see an alternative dentist and went out of her way to NOT be clear, inflexible with alternatives and very obstructive. Although she has an okay phone voice this person was not friendly at all.

I would like to update my review and correct my bad review on this company as I have today received the product I’d ordered and it was as expected even if 2 months to late.

Never received my order and the customer service is not responding. Scam, avoid at any cost!

I did no get the order. Just 7 whitestrips and paid for 2 packages with 14 stripes.
No answer when I contact them
Lost a lot of money!

Ordered months ago. Used the link provided to track my order several times, and all it said was “your order has been shipped”. Today I went to track it again, and decided that if no update had been made I would contact the company. But the site is gone and I can’t track the package. I’ve obviously been scammed and lost 40$. Can’t get a hold of the company since the site has disappeared out of the blue.

ordered 2 weeks ago and no replies to emails to confirm order is in transit i believe this will be a scam as not based in the UK as advertised and stated in many other reviews

Be warned, they are not UK based, but based somewhere in California. It took three weeks for the strips to arrive.

Absolutely appalling company.

I placed an order 12th February and I still haven't received it. Had a look at the tracking and it seems to be coming from USA, not a UK company as I was led to believe.

I was then told i would receive a refund, just wait 3-5 days. 2 months later I am still waiting for a refund and can no longer get a reply from them via email.

Can't find a phone number to call either so jo way of getting in touch! Plus, their email address is a Yahoo one so definitely a scam!!

Really bad company only sent half of my order paid for 20 strips only got 10!! they state they are based in the uk which is a lie too. Avoid at all costs!!!!! SCAM! Oh there also out of date by 2 years.

I purchased opalescence whitening solution and got an email saying I would be notified when my goods were being despatched. I heard nothing for 5 days and got a bit concerned, went on google and read all these reviews and thought I had been ripped off.
Managed to track the parcel from CA to Los Angeles to Heathrow then the parcel didnt appear to move.
Messaged customer service and got a reply telling me of delays and when to expect delivery... to my surprise it arrived the next day.
I am now walking around with bright white teeth so its all worked out ok for me.

The goods took over a month to arrive (from the US - not UK as website leads you to believe). I used all 3 and a half out of 4 syringes of whitening gel beofre I realised they were doing nothing. I’ve used the opalescence brand beofre to great success, but the goods these guys sell didn’t work. I’m assuming they are fake. Don’t waste your money.

I recently purchased from perfect smile shop and then went and read all the negative reviews I was a bit worried. I downloaded tracking app but tracking didn’t really worked and after I wrote few emails to customer services and they responded to me next day or within 2 day they told me that they will send replacement order which they did and I received my order in few days. But over all I am happy and not sure why there is so many negative reviews. Madison from the customer service was very nice and helpful.

FAKE!!!! My order arrived but it doesn’t work!
I ordered opalesence teeth whitening gel which iv used for years. Used it a few times now and it definitely hasn’t made them whiter - you can normally see a difference within hours! Contacts them but no reply!!

Like alot of others i was very cautious after ordering after reading the reviews.
I sent a email the day I ordered questioning normal delivery time frame, not expecting an email back. However, they promptly responded. Had email confirmation from usps throughout telling me where my parcel was and it arrived yesterday. 5 days before the expected delivery date. 😀

Complete scammers & thieves! Ordered teeth whitening gel, it came however the product was expired!!!! Not to mention how long it took to arrive. Was not even sent from the UK, it came from California US! I have contacted them twice to be sent a new product or refunded with not even a response! They need to be shut down!

Thieves! No item sent and no refund!

I made my order on 24.06.2020 and have still not received the item. They allegedly resent but that has not been received.
They stated that they processed my refund but when I didn't receive the refund, they stopped communicating with my completely.

Ordered 3 weeks ago. Nothing!
Sent them several emails and no reply!
Will try to escalate this.
Wish I'd read the reviews.
