The BEST in every aspect
Difficult to find enough of the best words to describe the whole shopping experience, 2nd time I've used their products and each time they they are exactly as described, really excellent products that work exceptionally well , I’ve spoken to their team and didn't have to go through an automated phone system but spoke to a real person in just a couple of rings , the service , manner, personality, humility, professionalism, knowledge and that going above and beyond treatment left me sold after putting the phone down. Buy from these guys , product is honest and top top quality and service is above any I’ve previously experienced. Will definitely always use again .

Do not buy from this company. You just order but not receiving your item. There is not costumer services. I paid for my items but never received them. Do not ever buy anything from them if you don’t want to be scammed.

Received a fake item! It is not in legitimate packaging on labeling. Writing is smudged and LOT number is fake. Will be requesting a refund.

I put the wrong address when I ordered so I emailed them, before I could get a reply the order was dispatch, so I sent them a message on WhatsApp. And they got it sorted and sent me a replacement for no extra charge. Quick and efficient customer service. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I had a problem with my delivery. The phone number on the site is not recognised and the contact on the website doesn’t work. The email address does work and I received a fast reply.

Excellent Customer Service
I have used this company three times now and have consistently been very pleased with the service.
My recent order arrived within a few days, and I was kept fully informed throughout the delivery process with clear updates on its progress.
I sent an email asking a question late in the evening. Whereas many companies take a day or two to respond, Chris replied within the hour, which was super impressive on many levels.
The customer service is efficient, responsive, and professional. I would not hesitate to continue using this company and would confidently recommend them.

Great service and products. Questions were promptly answered. Yes, there was no dispatch notification but I ordered on a Sunday and reviewed a message from Royal Mail to say they were expecting to deliver my package on Thursday. It arrived on Wednesday. I have noticed an major improvement since using the gel. My teeth were quite stained after years of tea , coffee etc. They are now noticeably whiter (not glaringly white). I have placed another order today so that I can achieve my desired shade.
