We make and sell Gold and Silver Charms and charm jewellery. All our charms are made in the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter or at our workshop on the Wirral. We offer excellent customer service, free postage and free returns on our silver charms.

Fantastic service

Awesome communication as I needed charm delivered fast to an address that I was only staying at for a couple of days. Charm arrived and was perfect.

I ordered the puffin charm as a…

I ordered the puffin charm as a christening present for my beautiful granddaughter. It is really lovely, and I am sure she will be thrilled to wear it when she is older. Hopefully I will be back to order more charms for her!

Perfect charm from Perfect charms 🐧

I ordered a penguin 🐧 charm from perfect charms, it came beautifully wrapped, within 7 days. Charm is silver, beautifully crafted, and absolutely perfect 😊 Simple ordering process, lots to choose from and very personal service, handwritten note to thank me for my order 😊 very happy customer.

Absolutely fantastic

Fantastic service. The bracelet arrived in time for my niece's 30th birthday. Absolutely beautifully packaged and the bracelet was so much nicer than I anticipated. Ordered the liverbird charm. A lovely size and gets so many wonderful comments.

I ordered a charm which did not…

I ordered a charm which did not arrive,sent an email and was told another one would be dispatched that day.This is the way to run a business. Great prompt service and a lovely apology from Georgina. Lovely lady and a credit to her business. Would not hesitate to order from you again.
