I ordered a fingerprint charm necklace, sadly of my deceased mothers fingerprint. The customer service that I received from Georgina was exceptional! The charm arrived quickly and it was beautiful. I received the charms today which I ordered for my wife’s Christmas present. The whole process from the fingerprint kits and then onto delivery was very straight forward. The charms are really well made and look just like on the website images - absolutely great product and service.
