We are really pleased with the charm and the whole purchase process was really easy and delivery was quick and the only reason I've given 4 stars is because the jeweler we took the charm to so they could put it on the bracelet said he doesn't think it real gold because there isn't a hallmark so I'm wondering now, is he right?

I ordered a charm twice by mistake, but Georgina text me of my mistake and reimbursed one of the payments the same day, because of the postal strikes over the Xmas period the parcel arrived a little later than expected it was beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and a handwritten note from Georgina.
Overall I would 100% recommend perfectcharm 😊

Amazing experience with perfect charm, my little boy was too young for his fringer print and I didn’t realise until after I sent it off, they got back to me straight away with an email asking me if I would like to do a hand or footprint instead, the kit was sent out straight away no extra charge as it was my mistake not theirs, I sent them the photos and my charm was here with in a few days with 1st class so it was here for Christmas , I couldn’t fault them.

The charm I ordered arrived in good time and is exactly as advertised, beautiful quality.
A nice little personal touch was the inclusion of a hand written note.
