Joe Worsall was 'with us all the way' in organising and completing the sale of our house and purchase of the next. His guidance and knowledge and professional expertise made the whole process easier! From start to finish (less than 6 months) we were always impressed by him and his colleagues at Penny & Sinclair. No questions were left unanswered. We were always given plenty of warning for viewing appointments. Joe would arrive early and cheerfully and we appreciated his discretion and constant prompt feed-back. Ditto liaison with the next purchase and our viewings there.
He has many contacts for all the other professional services needed and of course this helped immensely.
Thank you Joe!

We purchased our new house with Penny & Sinclair, Sean helped keep the process moving along quickly and smoothly which meant we were able to complete before the stamp duty increase. And was always available to help with any queries or requests we had.

We have been delighted by the support of the team. Everything is very efficiently followed up. Would certainly recommend Penny and Sinclair to other potential customers.
Joanna Channon has been our main point of contact and she has been consistently impressive.

Penny and Sinclair were great at following up to ensure that everything was moving along for our home purchase, but did it in such a way that was not pushy, but still effective. Overall, a great experience.

The timely assistance of the personnel is simply amazing

We would highly recommend Penny & Sinclair. They have explained everything to a smallest detail about the property we’ve booked. Any questions we’ve asked (even the awkward ones) were answered kindly. Real professionals.

We would highly recommend Penny and Sinclair as an estate agent. In particular, we would like to mention Joe Worsell, who looked after us throughout. Joe is highly professional, friendly and was continuously working in our best interests. Joe was always on time for viewings, prompt with his communication and never failed to call us back.

Thank you again Joe, it was a pleasure dealing with you.

Joe sold our house within 2 weeks of listing with Penny &Sinclair when we’d earlier been listed with another agency which did not manage a single viewing in 3 months.

I have nothing but praise for Penny and Sinclair and they are definitely the best estate agents I have ever used. From the first moment I met the Associate Director for an appraisal of my flat, he was professional and very knowledgeable. Once I appointed Penny and Sinclair to act in my sale they kept me informed throughout; at first showing viewings round for me and then, once I had a sale they let me know what was going on; answering email queries from me promptly and liaising between solicitors and the buyer when necessary. Nothing was ever too much trouble. All in all a very pleasurable experience and such lovely staff too.

Joe Worsell is highly professional and guided through the sale of my mother’s flat with great skill and diplomacy.
I thoroughly recommend Penny & Sinclair.

We have been renting a property through Penny and Sinclair for 2.5 years, and our experience has been excellent so far. I want to highlight Joanna, our property manager, who was responsible for communications and action throughout our rental period. Joanna is a responsible, committed professional and a clear communicator.

Recently, we faced problems with mould and dampness in the property. Joanna swiftly visited the property and convinced the landlord to fix this problem. She arranged for a renovation and ensured that renovation was completed in the stipulated timeframe. Highly recommend her!

Very professional and hugely supportive during the sale of my flat.
I was delighted in the way they handled the whole sale and was pleased I went with them as my agents.

I have been a tenant with P&S for almost 7 years and any maintenance issue has been handled professionally and fast. Joanna has been great since she joined the team, super efficient and helpful.

Alice and the team at Penny and Sinclair were, as ever, consistently helpful and professional, and generally a pleasure to work with throughout our flat sale. Highly recommended - both on the sales and lettings side.

Penny and Sinclair have been the letting agents for my flat in Summertown for over ten years. While my experience of working with all the past
managing agents has been very positive, I am particularly impressed with and rate the current managing agent, Joanna Channon, particularly highly for her professionalism, competence, and punctuality. I also find her a warm and friendly person in the way she manages the property, and fair in handling any arising issues. In sum, I am very happy with the excellent service she and Penny and Sinclair provide. Thank you Joanna!

We rented two short-let properties from Penny & Sinclair (St Clements) and were incredibly impressed with the team; especially, Lillimai Patrick who was always unfailingly polite, efficient and engaging, answered all our queries promptly, and went the extra mile to ensure that our four-month stay in Oxford ran smoothly.
The team is headed by the wonderful Lisa Godwin, who was so kind during a power outage in the street and stayed in contact late into the evening to ensure that all was okay. A truly exceptional organization that definitely warrants FIVE STARS!

Joe Worsell is a great guy, enthusiastic about selling properties and always answered messages promptly. When he was on holiday, Penny & Sinclair has someone to pick up his emails and answered proptly too.

Great stay in Oxford. The place was clean, properly taken care of and equipped. Lilimai was always very helpful and available. Recommend.

Having been on many viewings with estate agents operating in North Oxford, Penny & Sinclair by far are my favourite. We've recently exchanged on what we hope will be a forever home for our family in North Oxford and couldn't be happier with Penny & Sinclair Summertown. Alice handled the sale brilliantly. Both Alice and Deborah are a delight to work with. Personable, trustworthy and very professional. If we ever need to sell, they are the estate agent we would want to go with.

Joe and the team have been great to work with - professional, friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend working with Penny and Sinclair for your house move.
