Anum provided an excellent search experience—very professional, extremely timely in her responses, and genuinely committed to helping. It’s rare to see that level of support and dedication in the industry nowadays!

I lived in an apartment managed by Penny&Sinclair for three years, and the service was outstanding throughout. Their apartments are top-notch truly some of the best properties in Oxford. Rebecca was my first contact and she was amazing. Cindy then took over, followed by Jo, who was fantastic as well. Even when I had to involve TDS for my deposit, Jo responded promptly, checked on my wellbeing, and guided me through the process. She explained things I didn’t understand and continued to support me even after the resolution. Jo also helped me organize when I mistakenly sent parcels to my old address and assisted with references whenever needed. I would absolutely use Penny Sinclair again and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I had an excellent experience working with this agency. The communication was always clear, transparent and timely, which made the whole process much easier to navigate. I viewed properties with several different agencies over the past three weeks, and this team stood out as the most professional and well organised.

Sophie was the perfect estate agent - very helpful and friendly during viewings, and communicative and transparent during the purchase process. Thank you so much for making my first-time purchase as simple and stress-free as it could be!

We’ve used Penny and Sinclair for rental management for a number of years and found them to be reliable, professional and a pleasure to deal with.
When we decided to sell one of the properties the sales team exhibited exactly the same qualities bringing the transaction to a successful conclusion within a tight time frame. Would definitely use them again.

Joe Worsell did a great job with our sale, would recommend.

Angie and Jo were exemplary agents. They were able to provide great advice and support in the stages after our property was under offer, including suggestions about conveyancers and removalists. Angie also offered helpful advice about our onward purchase. Both Angie and Joe were patient and supportive during the conveyancing process and were incredibly diligent in chasing conveyancers on our behalf when needed. We would thoroughly recommend both Angie and Joe from Penny and Sinclair.

Joe made our first house sale a seamless and stress-free experience. He was super efficient and supportive, and his communication was excellent at all times. In his absence Sophie stepped in and was also excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Penny and Sinclair - a highly professional and knowledgeable team.

Lettings director Lucy and the team at Penny & Sinclair's Lettings department has been consistently providing excellent service throughout the entire lettings process for the last 12 years. Lucy has been efficient, professional, friendly and considerate of both: mine as a landlord and of my incoming and outgoing tenants' requirements. I am sincerely grateful to Lucy and the team for their exceptional service and happy to highly recommend Lucy and Lettings team at Penny and Sinclair's.

Lucy and Chelsea were super amazing. They are the nicest and most professional estate agents I have ever encountered.

They understood what we needed and found us the perfect home.

I highly recommend them.

Chelsea and Helen at Penny & Sinclair made finding a new house to rent effortless. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish. They proactively assisted us in finding a suitable property and were flexible with viewings. They answered all our questions quickly, and we are now all moved in without an issue. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the area.

AVOID！！！Geniune review with picture proof.
These scammers charged us £1000 deposit deduction for CLEANING after we hired professional move-out cleaning!!!

We chose Penny Sinclair (Summertown, Oxford) from a selection of three local estate agents. Our sale and subsequent purchase was handled very swiftly and efficiently. We found their staff very proactive, friendly and easy to contact. Though not something that is entirely within their control, they worked hard to negotiate completion before the end of the school summer holidays, for which we were very grateful. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Thank you so much to Joe and Angie. The team at P&S have been absolutely wonderful throughout the whole buying and selling experience. They made a potentially very stressful time, seamless and easy. Totally recommend!

We've been rental tenants with Penny and Sinclair for several years and Joanne, our property manager, has always been excellent. If we've ever needed to report a problem, she responds promptly and works with our overseas landlord to get things fixed. Having had my fair share of rental horror stories, it's lovely to be with an agency that genuinely cares about it's tennants and it's landlords.

This is the third year Penny & Sinclair has arranged my accommodations in Oxford--every year has been a home run! The staff members are superb and make the experience seamless. I have worked with Lillimai Patrick the last two years--she is superstar! I'm already planning for next summer and will once again seek accommodations from Penny & Sinclair!

Penny & Sinclair were advertising a property we really liked, but to be able to proceed we needed to sell our own house. We contacted Sean and explained the situation and the difference we would need between our sale and the purchase price, and left him to it! Within a few days, our front door was red hot with viewings and in a matter of weeks, Sean contacted us to say he had found us a buyer and had our offer accepted on the new house, it really was that easy and we're moving next week!
Sean and his team have been amazing and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

One of the hardest things to find in all kinds of services these days is KINDNESS. Penny & Sinclair express that in all they do. Our tenancy, which was managed by them and specifically Jo Channon was made far easy and pleasant with their help. Well done and THANK YOU 😊

Joanna at Penny Sinclair was extremely helpful and efficient and replied to all emails very promptly.
